With the continuous advancement of high-quality development of education,primary school social practice activities have received extensive attention from the society.Students can obtain rich knowledge and experience,cultivate good moral quality and enhance their love for life by participating in social practice activities.By participating in social activities,students can not only exercise their will and ability,but also enhance their understanding and application of knowledge.In school education and teaching,social practice is an important link,which plays an important role in promoting the comprehensive quality of primary school students.How to effectively carry out social practice activities is an important issue facing the current school and even the entire education system.This study takes three primary schools in Z banner of Tongliao city as the research object.Through literature review,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper investigates the current situation of social practice management in three primary schools from the three dimensions of knowledge,implementation and evaluation of social practice activities.The author finds that the current management of social practice activities in primary schools mainly has the following problems : the lack of students ’ participation in the formulation of social practice activities,the single evaluation method of social practice activities,the lack of professional quality of practical instructors,the insufficient development of social practice resources,and the difficulty in maintaining social practice funds.The main reasons are as follows : the organizers of social practice activities in primary schools lack the concept of democratic participatory management,the evaluation system of social practice activities is not perfect,the instructors lack the training related to practical activities,the development of social practice resources is not sufficient,and the management system of social practice activities needs to be improved.In view of the problems and causes of the management of social practice activities in primary schools,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the management of social practice activities in primary schools from five aspects : establishing people-oriented management concept,improving the evaluation system of practical activities,improving the professional quality of instructors,strengthening the construction of practical activity bases,and improving the guarantee mechanism of practical activities,so as to promote the healthy development of the management of social practice activities in primary schools.
