"Emotion" And "reason" Are Interdependent: An Anthropological Study Of The Relationship Between Agricultural Employees During The Labor Process Of Mushroom Farmers In S Town, Northeast Chin

With the promotion of rural revitalization,rural areas have begun to explore characteristic industries suitable for local development.As the industry becomes large-scale,it becomes increasingly difficult for family labor to undertake huge production tasks,and employing workers has become the only way for family farms.In the long history before the founding of New China,China had already had agricultural workers and had developed in different periods.Since the founding of New China,the form of agricultural workers has also been constantly changing.Currently,most of the research on agricultural workers focuses on migrant workers in cities or diachronic analysis of agricultural workers,but there are few studies on different subjects of agricultural workers alone.With the development of rural society,agricultural workers have shown new characteristics of the times in the context of the new agricultural industrialization.The research on Chinese agricultural workers should be based on local society and culture.The study of current agricultural workers can also reveal the behavior choices of farmers under the collision of local human feelings and economic rationality.The main research object of this study is workers and employers who work in the fungus farm.They are introduced to the fungus farm and factory through village branch letters for investigation.The research subjects mainly include individual farmers,large-scale factories,and fungus workers employed by both parties.They use participatory observation and structured interviews to understand the role of the relationship between local fungus farmers and fungus workers in the labor process,as well as the ways to establish and maintain this relationship,Explain how the behavioral norms conducted by fungus farmers and fungus workers based on acquaintance society in the process of hiring workers are compatible with economic rationality in a market economy,and how moral and economic rationality are interdependent in agricultural employment to achieve a balance.Analyze the unique employment characteristics of rural society during the labor process.The paper mainly responds to the following practical questions:First,how has the form of employment changed when funds flow into factories,when the employment system of modern chemical plants collides with local society,how can economic rationality and moral and human sentiment jointly promote production development,and what are the views and choices of fungus workers regarding factories and family rural areas.Secondly,farmers and workers rely on their wisdom to maintain good relationships and achieve their own interests in employment relationships;Finally,by observing the roles of different subjects in agricultural employment,the paper summarizes the current problems and future development directions of agricultural employment.This article attempts to combine anthropological research on relationships with the labor process of bacteriological workers,and based on my own field survey data and practice,to elaborate and answer the overall situation of agricultural workers in S Town,with a view to making corresponding supplements to the research on agricultural workers.
