Research On The Influence Of Economic Rationality On The Current Major Behavioral Choices Of College Students

Economic rationality is a rational assumption of western economists about human economic behavior,that is,people are driven by selfishness and the desire to obtain as many benefits as possible.Economic rationality assumes that people constantly pursue the maximization of their own interests under the guidance of the principle of self-interest in economic activities.The application of economic rationality has rationality and unique effect on the progress and development of human society.With the rapid development of economic globalization and the emphasis of "economic imperialism" on the explanatory power of economic analysis in the field of social sciences,economic rationality began to expand.Economic rationality is generalized to all fields of social life,and all human behaviors are believed to be explained by the pursuit of self-interest maximization.This has led to a lot of bad social phenomena,such as money worship,pragmatism and so on.The group of college students is just in the adult stage,their thoughts are not mature,and their thinking is active.The ideological trend of "economic imperialism" and the generalization of economic rationality brought by it are extremely easy to mislead some theories of college students and influence their behavior choices.R in 7colleges and universities students,for example,through the systematic sampling method to select sample,and the R city college students' learning,consumption,employment,dating,social practice and social morality and so on has carried on the questionnaire survey,visible through the data analysis,the economic rationality of the main behavior choice of current college student produces the effect of one kind or another,even though the part of the behavior selection can correct understanding and use of economic rationality,but pays too much attention to it in terms of individual interests,and ignore the humanistic value and social responsibility.In this regard,we need to have a correct understanding and grasp,we must wake up to the negative impact of the generalization of economic rationality,strengthen the education of socialist core values of college students;Further enhance the level of humanistic quality,play the guiding role of school education;Establish correct values and create a good family education environment;Strengthen self-education,enhance the sense of social responsibility and social mission;Thus guiding college students to set up a correct outlook on life,values and social values,and make correct behavior choices.
