A Study On Cultivating Voluntary Spirit Of College Students In Ningxia

Volunteerism is an important symbol of the degree of social civilization,an important embodiment of the sense of social responsibility of citizens,and a concrete manifestation of the core values of socialism,whose values and moral sentiments are widely recognized and carried forward by the whole society.At present,from the perspective of cultivating college students’ voluntary spirit,it will be a new situation,which has both rare opportunities and severe challenges.Therefore,according to the realistic situation of the cultivation of voluntary spirit,it is necessary to study the cultivation of voluntary spirit of college students.To study the cultivation of university students’ voluntary spirit is beneficial to push the study of voluntary spirit further and enrich the content of Chinese spirit.It will also promote the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and help achieve the second Centenary Goal.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of voluntary spirit and cultivation of voluntary spirit,sorting out the theoretical basis of cultivation of voluntary spirit,exploring the significance of cultivation of voluntary spirit,exploring the practical situation facing the cultivation of voluntary spirit of college students,and further grasping the necessity of cultivation of voluntary spirit of college students,through empirical research on the cultivation of voluntary spirit of college students in Ningxia,This paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems of the cultivation of voluntary spirit of college students in Ningxia,analyzes the causes of the existing problems,and according to the problems and causes,puts forward the countermeasures of the cultivation of voluntary spirit of college students in Ningxia from four aspects:students,families,schools and society.First,give full play to the main role of college students in the cultivation of voluntary spirit.College students should improve the ideological cognition of the spirit of volunteerism,enhance the emotional identification of the spirit of volunteerism,internalize the spirit of volunteerism as the pursuit of self-value,and consciously participate in the practice of volunteerism.Secondly,give full play to the role of family in the cultivation of voluntary spirit.The family should cultivate a virtuous family atmosphere,build a warm and harmonious family environment,and give play to the exemplary role of parents.Thirdly,give full play to the leading role of universities in cultivating volunteer spirit.Colleges and universities should improve the comprehensive quality of college volunteers,pay attention to the construction of college volunteer culture atmosphere,innovate the cultivation methods of college volunteer spirit,improve the cultivation mechanism of college volunteer spirit.Finally,give full play to the supporting role of society in the cultivation of volunteer spirit.The society should build convenient and efficient organization platform,hold various forms of voluntary services,grasp the voluntary spirit of public opinion guidance.
