| In recent years,the development of early childhood education reform has put forward higher requirements for the professional development and overall quality of kindergarten teachers,with the rapid development of China’s preschool education and the comprehensive deepening of the reform of teacher team construction in the new era,paying attention to the professional development of kindergarten teachers has become a hot topic in education.As an important part of preschool education,attaching importance to the professional development of inclusive private kindergarten teachers has important theoretical and practical significance for stabilizing the team of inclusive kindergarten teachers in China and improving the quality of inclusive private kindergarten education.Therefore,this study proposes an optimization path based on understanding the current situation of professional development of inclusive private kindergarten teachers,and hopes to promote the overall professional process and sustainable development of inclusive private kindergarten teachers.Based on the background of the development of inclusive preschool education,this study collects and organizes a wide range of relevant theories.Based on the theory of teacher professional development and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,the current situation of professional development of inclusive private kindergarten teachers was investigated and studied by using research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.It is known that there are significant differences in demographic variables such as age,marriage,major,educational background,teaching experience,position,and monthly income level of current inclusive private kindergarten teachers.The professional development of inclusive private kindergarten teachers has limited teachers and insufficient professional knowledge control;The teaching experience is generally short,and professional ability needs to be improved;The salary is not high,and the motivation for professional growth is lacking;Insufficient support to meet development needs.On the basis of understanding the current situation and existing problems of inclusive private kindergarten teachers’ professional development,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems in teachers’ professional development,including the government,kindergartens,and teachers themselves,so as to further explore the optimization path of inclusive private kindergarten teachers’ professional development.The specific optimization path is:strengthen macro-control at the government level and promote the professional development of teachers in an all-round way;Improve kindergarten management at the kindergarten level,with multiple initiatives to emphasize teacher professional development;Teachers strengthen self-management at their own level and help their professional development from multiple angles. |
