After the State Council issued "Several Opinions on Current Development of Preschool Education" in 2010,which proposed "actively supporting the development of private kindergartens, especially inclusive private kindergartens with lower fees for the public",local governments actively promoted private kindergartens to provide inclusive services, and inclusive public kindergartens occupy a huge share of preschool education.Teachers are primary resources for running schools, but the high resignation rate of teachers has become a bottleneck restricting the development of pre-school education. There are few researches on the resignation of kindergarten teachers in newly-built inclusive private kindergartens in China. This research mainly focuses on the current situation of those teachers who have left the five newly-built inclusive private kindergartens within 3 years, and selects samples to conduct in-depth interviews among them, showing their living conditions before and after leaving the jobs, revealing the influencing factors of leaving the jobs, putting forward relevant reasonable suggestions and effective strategies, providing effective help for the recruitment management and benign development of teachers in newly-built inclusive private kindergartens, and contributing to enriching the management theory of teachers in newly-built inclusive private kindergartens. This article is divided into four parts to discuss the phenomenon of teachers leaving the newly-built inclusive private kindergartens. The first part is introduction. The origin, significance, literature review, research objects, research methods and the establishment of research objects are described in detail. The second part is the current situation of the teachers leaving the newly-built inclusive private kindergartens.Based on the survey of the development of the five newly-built inclusive private kindergartens, the data statistics and summary of teachers' annual resignation in the five newly-built kindergartens within 1-3 years are carried out,and classified and summarized into six categories, namely, resignation time,post-resignation destination, educational background and major, age and marital status, professional title, and gender. The third part is the analysis of the reasons why teachers leave the newly-built inclusive private kindergartens. With the deepening of the research,it is found that a teacher's resignation is possibly due to her different family factors, personal growth experience and the bad location of the kindergarden. But the factors are complicated, often accompanied by more than one reason, with one more important than others. This paper focuses on the summary, classification and analysis of the main reasons for 87 teachers leaving the five kindergartens in three years. The fourth part puts forward the strategies to solve the problem of preschool teachers leaving the newly-built inclusive private kindergartens. The content of this part is based on the analysis of the current situation and the main reasons of resignation. It should put forward targeted and effective solutions to the nine main reasons summarized in this research.
