In 2010,the State Council issued "Some Opinions on the Current Development of Pre-primary Education"(hereinafter referred to as "Opinions"),which proposed "actively supporting the development of private kindergartens,especially inclusive kindergartens for the general public and at a lower cost." In the past 10 years,the number of inclusive kindergartens has increased from quantity to quality,from improving external conditions to enhancing connotation.In this process,the unstable teaching staff has become a difficult problem in the development of inclusive kindergartens.Teachers of inclusive kindergartens not only have to experience the daily affairs of the teachers of inclusive kindergartens,but also the quality requirements of inclusive kindergartens,so they experience a more complex situation.This study is in line with the actual development needs of inclusive private kindergartens and has theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of the quality of inclusive private kindergartens.Taking chengdu district L as an example,this paper analyzes the runoff rate of inclusive private kindergarten in chengdu district by literature analysis,investigation and interview,and based on the experience of previous generations.Questionnaire survey of teachers leaving inclusive private kindergartens in Area L;The author also conducted individual interviews with the organizers,directors and teachers of some inclusive private kindergartens and parents of young children in the L district of Chengdu in order to gain a better understanding of the inclusive private kindergarten teaching staff.The survey found that the overall dropout rate of inclusive private kindergartens is about 30 percent,with the highest dropout rate among kindergarten teachers with 1-5years of post-secondary education,and the public has a low evaluation of kindergarten teachers’ status,the low salary without bonus and the insecurity of guarantee lead to teachers’ insecurity,long working hours,little room for training and promotion,unclear professional development prospects,and the pressure caused by parents’ work and the management mode of the park.Inclusive private kindergarten teachers in the case of high turnover rate of kindergartens,teachers,infants and parents will have a negative impact.The reasons are: the low social prestige of the private kindergarten teachers,the negative evaluation of the kindergarten teachers by the outside media,the random entry and departure of the teachers,and the lack of backup and supplementary force,there are some problems in the basic guarantee of kindergarten,such as the non-standard management of kindergarten,the lack of professional development of teachers,the low professional identity of teachers and the weak ability of self-healing.According to the analysis of the reasons,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to deal with the loss of private kindergarten teachers: we should try to improve the social status of kindergarten teachers,and the mass media should report positively,the competent authorities of education may establish or improve a locally unified platform for reporting personal information on kindergarten teachers,vigorously train backup and complementary forces,and narrow the gap between the policies and treatment of private kindergarten teachers,the kindergarten should implement the perfect humanity management system,establish the perfect teacher training system,strengthen the professional ethics to enhance the professional identity,adjust the individual mentality to reduce the work pressure.
