Background:In recent years, the obesity rate of college students has been rising. It not only seriously affects the quality of life of college students, but also harms their physical health. At present, there are many intervention programs aimed at improving the physical health of overweight and obese people, but most of them are based on the closed environment in the laboratory, and the intervention programs are relatively controllable in the implementation process,so there is a lack of studies focusing on the open experimental environment. The living environment of college students is mainly campus, and there are relatively many uncontrollable factors. It is a relatively open experimental environment. Therefore, according to the current physical health problems of overweight and obese female college students, combined with the campus living environment and hardware facilities for experimental intervention,so as to improve the overall level of physical health of obese female college students is very meaningful. Objective:By exploring the open experimental environment on campus, this study will combine the aerobic exercise intervention program of diet control to carry out experimental intervention on overweight and obese female college students, discuss its intervention effect, and provide a new strategy and method to effectively enhance physical health.Methods:37 overweight and obese female college students from Fengtai Campus of Minzu University of China were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(19).Control group(18 subjects). The experimental group carried out the aerobic exercise intervention program combined with diet control for 12 weeks,3 times a week,90 minutes each time; The control group followed the original normal life for 12 weeks. Before the experiment, the two groups of overweight and obese female college students were respectively tested for body shape, body function, physical fitness and body composition.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used to conduct T-test analysis of all data.Results:1.In terms of body shape, there was no significant difference between the posttest data and the pre-test data of height in the experimental group(p>0.05);The posttest result of body weight was significantly lower than that of pretest result(p<0.01).The posttest result of BMI was significantly lower than that of pretest(p<0.01).Second,in terms of physical function, the post-test results of the experimental group were significantly higher than the pre-test results(p<0.01).Third,in terms of physical fitness, the experimental group’s 50-meter running score in the post-test was significantly higher than that in the pre-test(p<0.05);The post-test results of 800m race were significantly higher than those of pretest(p<0.01);The post-test result of standing long jump was significantly higher than that of pre-test(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between posttest and pretest results of seated flexion(p>0.05).The posttest score of one-minute sit-up was significantly higher than that of pre-test(p<0.05).4.In terms of body composition, there was no significant difference between pretest scores and posttest scores of the experimental group(p>0.05);There were significant differences between pretest and posttest scores of fat content(p<0.01).There was no significant difference between pretest and posttest scores of muscle mass(p>0.05).The pretest and posttest scores of body fat percentage were significantly different(p<0.01).There were significant differences between pretest and posttest scores of basal metabolism(p<0.05).Conclusion:12 weeks of aerobic exercise combined with diet control can improve the body form, body function, body quality and body composition of overweight and obese female college students,so as to improve their physique, which is an effective intervention program.
