| Since the 18th Party Congress,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In this new era,faced with new situations and problems,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "Chinese-style modernization is a modernization in which material and spiritual civilization are in harmony,and that it is necessary to promote the excellent Chinese traditional culture,make good use of red culture,develop advanced socialist culture and enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the people." As an important part of the excellent Chinese traditional culture,red culture inevitably has the moral education function of educating people and nurturing them with people,and strengthening the red cultural identity of college students in the new era helps contemporary college students to strengthen their ideals and beliefs and cultivate their national spirit and patriotic feelings.Therefore,the study of red cultural identity among college students in the new era has become an important topic that cannot be ignored in the academic world.This paper synthetically applies the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method to research the red cultural identity of college students in the new era mainly from the following four aspects.The first part mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the thesis,and collates and analyses the current research status of the red cultural identity of college students,and uses it as an entry point to find the research perspectives that can be carried out.The second part mainly explains the relevant concepts and,on this basis,elaborates on the Marxist concept of culture and the relevant ideas of the Chinese Communists on red culture,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.In addition,the value of red cultural identity of university students in the new era is discussed in detail,which is mainly reflected in the practical need to enhance the cultural self-confidence of university students,the power to support the ideals and beliefs of university students,and the promotion of the cultivation of the "three views" education of university students.The third part is based on the results of the survey on the red cultural identity of university students in some colleges and universities,and learns that at the present stage,there are still problems with the red cultural identity of university students,such as the cognitive identity of red culture is rather vague,the emotional identity of red culture is in conflict,the behavioural identity of red culture needs to be enhanced,etc.The reasons for their existence are mainly manifested in the conflict of cultural identity brought by globalization and marketization;the content and education methods of red The main reasons for this are the conflict of cultural identity brought about by globalization and marketization,the lack of educational content and methods of education,the differences in identity brought about by students’ upbringing and personality traits,and the lack of motivation for students to identify with red culture themselves.The fourth part is the focus of this paper,which mainly combines the problems in the third part and proposes corresponding measures to solve them,mainly deepening students’recognition of red culture,stimulating students’ emotional recognition of red culture and improving students’ behavioural recognition of red culture,with the aim of realizing the transformation of students’ recognition of red culture to cultural consciousness. |
