The development of a country depends on talent,and the rejuvenation of the nation depends on talent.As a way for the country to select talents on a large scale,the college entrance examination plays a vital role.With the continuous development and progress of the society,the criteria and requirements of the college entrance examination must be constantly changed to meet the needs of the social development,and the new college entrance examination reform is imperative.After the new college entrance examination reform,college majors have more detailed requirements for selected subjects.Students choose physics,and the coverage rate of majors is extremely high,which can meet the requirements of most majors.For a country,the development of industry,the innovation of science and technology,the strength of national defense,without exception,are related to physics.Therefore,the investigation and research on the factors affecting high school students’ physics subject selection can not only deepen students’ understanding of the new college entrance examination related policies,help schools and parents guide students in scientific subject selection,but also convey the importance of physics to students and better help students in physics subject selection.The main work of this thesis is as follows:After sorting out the development history of college entrance examination and the research status at home and abroad related to the new college entrance examination,it is found through literature search that,in addition to the research on the theory of the new college entrance examination itself,other relevant studies are obvious regional,and there are many related studies on the new college entrance examination in the first and second batch of reform provinces.Therefore,this thesis studies the selected subjects in the new college entrance examination reform.It is mainly carried out in Hebei Province,one of the third batch of new college entrance examination reform.This paper analyzes the reform of the new college entrance examination in Hebei Province,including the overall situation of the reform,the change of college entrance examination after the reform,the high school academic level examination and the admission way.Then,it makes a detailed analysis of the Guidelines on the Subject Requirements for Undergraduate Enrollment in General Colleges and Universities(General version),statistics and collation of the subject requirements for colleges and universities,and summarizes the optional scope of physics.And compare the admission data of new college entrance examination in Hebei Province in recent two years,and analyze the relevant situation of physics combination and history combination of undergraduate admission.Based on the above theoretical analysis of the new college entrance examination reform in Hebei Province,it is necessary to carry out a practical investigation on the factors that affect high school students’ physics subject selection under the background of the new college entrance examination.In this thesis,interviews and questionnaires were used to investigate three high schools of different levels in Hebei Province.Firstly,interviews were used to interview teachers and leaders to understand the current situation of students’ subject selection and the implementation of the school’s guidance on students’ subject selection.Then questionnaires were used to investigate the current situation of students’ physics subject selection and the factors affecting students’ physics subject selection under the "3+1+2" mode.Through the analysis of the interview results and questionnaire,the factors affecting students’ physics subject selection can be divided into six levels: students,teachers,schools,parents,colleges and universities,and society.Based on theoretical analysis and investigation,relevant suggestions are put forward to the relevant subjects,so as to facilitate students’ scientific and rational subject selection.The reform of the new college entrance examination is conducive to the all-round development of students.As a basic subject,physics knowledge permeates every corner of life.Strengthening students’ correct understanding of physics in the new college entrance examination helps students make rational decisions when choosing subjects.Suggestions for parents,teachers and schools,so as to trigger their thinking and give students more scientific guidance on subject selection.
