| Music teaching activities are the most important way to carry out music education in kindergartens,and the implementation of music teaching activities is to transform the activity design guided by scientific theories into the most practical link of operational significance for children’s music literacy.The same is true for the implementation of music teaching activities in integrated kindergartens,which not only bears the task of cultivating ordinary and special children’s interest in music,sensitivity and aesthetic ability,but also shoulders the responsibility of promoting the psychological rehabilitation,intellectual development and physical coordination of special children.Through literature method,investigation method,observation method and case analysis method,from four dimensions of activity objective,activity content,activity organization and implementation and activity evaluation,this study investigated the current situation of the implementation of music teaching activities in X Fusion kindergarten,analyzed the existing problems and causes,and put forward reasonable suggestions for reference from the concept of universal learning design.To provide appropriate education for every child in an integrated environment.Based on the concept of universal learning design,the current problems in the implementation of integrated kindergarten music teaching are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the analysis of learning situation is not in place,which leads to the difficulty in achieving the predetermined teaching objectives;The choice of teaching content is difficult to meet the differentiated needs of children;Teaching activity design does not reflect the principle of multiple presentation methods;Teaching evaluation standards do not reflect individual differences of different children.The reasons are mainly due to teachers’ inadequate analysis of individual chemical situation of children,excessive emphasis on special children,too broad selection of teaching content and not paying attention to children’s learning needs,teachers’ lack of integrated music teaching literacy and failure to achieve highly specialized content selection,teachers’ lack of integrated music teaching skills,leading to single teaching methods,and teachers’ interaction with children in teaching activities Children’s initiative,teachers’ complex tasks lead to insufficient teaching preparation,teachers’ authority in teaching activities is too high,teachers do not pay attention to process evaluation and teachers’ teaching evaluation skills are simple.Therefore,focusing on the deepening of the reform of integrated education in the future,based on the perspective of general learning design and combined with the reality of X integrated kindergarten,specific suggestions for the implementation of integrated kindergarten music teaching activities are put forward:First,develop individualized and flexible teaching objectives.Second,choose appropriate teaching content and diversified presentation methods;Third,design a variety of teaching organization and implementation methods;Fourth,adjust a variety of process activity evaluation to promote children’s individual progress;Fifthly,integrated kindergartens should provide guarantee for the implementation of integrated music teaching,including optimizing the development channels of teachers’ ability of universal learning design,improving the incentive measures for the implementation of universal learning design teaching in kindergartens,increasing the financial support for the implementation of universal learning design teaching activities,and improving the effective participation,cooperation and support between homes,communities and kindergartens. |
