With the highly integrated development of sports art in the new era,cheerleading,a sports art project,has gained a firm foothold in China.It has become a more common competitive sports art project in college students and primary and secondary school sports events,and it is also an important part of the development of sports in China.Cheerleading is mainly divided into skill cheerleading and dance cheerleading.Dance cheerleading is mainly a competition project composed of dance action elements,difficult actions and transition connections.The difficulty of dance cheerleading mainly includes: jumping,balance and flexibility,and turning.Among them,the turning difficulty movement is the one with the highest difficulty coefficient of dance cheerleading.The completion quality of this movement can not only affect the value of the difficulty coefficient of the whole set of movements,but also show personal competitive strength.There are many factors that affect the quality of turning difficulty,but physical quality is the most basic factor and an important guarantee to show competitive level and improve sports performance.Therefore,it is also an urgent problem for coaches to try to use different training methods to improve the rotation difficulty of dance cheerleading.Functional training is a physical quality training that emphasizes multi joints,integrated deep muscles and body balance and stability.It can improve the working function of athletes’ physical quality as a whole,so as to give better play to the role of athletes’ competitive performance.The mature application of functional training in other events also provides an important reference basis for the training of dance cheerleading.Based on literature research,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper summarizes the factors affecting the rotation difficulty of dance cheerleading,selects the physical fitness measurement indicators related to the rotation difficulty according to the questionnaire survey,and implements the targeted functional training program.Twenty dance cheerleading art test students were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 10 people in each group,and received functional training for 9 weeks.Through experiments and mathematical statistics.This paper analyzes the differences between the control group and the experimental group in the success rate of the difficult rotation before and after the functional training,the completion quality score,strength endurance quality,balance quality and flexibility quality,so as to test the specific impact of the functional training on the difficult rotation of dance cheerleading and related physical quality.The experimental results are as follows:1.The difficult turning movement of dance cheerleading is affected by factors such as physical quality,personality psychological characteristics,sensory perception ability,reserve quantity of sports skills,body shape and so on.Among them,physical quality factors have the greatest impact on the difficult turning.The relevant physical qualities required to complete the difficult turning include flexibility,balance ability and muscle strength endurance.2.The experimental research shows that the average improvement range of rotation difficulty score and movement success rate of students after functional training is higher than that of students after conventional training.Functional training can significantly improve the completion quality and success rate of dance cheerleading rotation difficult movements.3.Functional training has a significant effect on the improvement of strength endurance,balance quality,flexibility quality and other sports quality required by dance cheerleading rotation difficulty.At the same time,it is observed that the greatest benefit of training is the influencing factor of physical fitness,which can be significantly improved in short-term training,and other relevant factors have not changed significantly during the experiment.4.Functional training can improve the strength endurance of the core area and lower limb muscles of dance cheerleading subjects by establishing the correct movement mode and specialization of strength training,and significantly improve the balance ability and physical stability of the subjects.In practical training,traditional training can be combined with functional training.
