| Cheerleading originated in the United States and has a history of 100 years.In the 1980 s,the United States held cheerleading competitions in the country and the National Cheerleading Federation was established.Cheerleading caused a storm in the United States.Cheerleading events are divided into two categories: skill cheerleading and dance cheerleading,of which skill cheerleading is popular because of its great difficulty and strong appreciation.China's competitive sports have also made great achievements in the field of core stability training,but there is not much research on skill cheerleading.This research hopes to develop new training methods in skill cheerleading training and provide better advice for coaches in the future training process.Research purposes: Core stability training is a popular method of physical fitness and rehabilitation training in competitive sports in recent years.Based on the theoretical research of core stability,combined with the characteristics of skill cheerleading,the test index of core stability is obtained by testing core stability in different sports surfaces in other project fields.This paper introduces the advanced physical fitness training method from abroad-BOSU training method,in order to explore the influence of this method on the core stability of skilled cheerleaders through BOSU training experiments.To explore ways and means to improve the core stability of skill cheerleading athletes,hoping to develop new ideas for skill cheerleading training.Research methods: This paper adopts a variety of methods such as literature review,expert interview,mathematical statistics,experiment and so on,focusing on the impact of BOSU training on the stability of skilled cheerleaders.Taking 16 members of the wind-driven cheerleaders as test objects,the athletes are divided into experimental group and control group,each group has 8 members,including 2 top athletes and 6 base athletes in each group.The experiment lasts for 8 weeks.The data before and after the two groups of experiments are analyzed by spss20.0 data statistical software.Research results:1.After 8 weeks of training,the experimental group and the control group conducted paired sample T test on the test indexes after the experiment,and the P values of all indexes were less than 0.05.The experiment showed that there were significant differences in 4 indexes between the two groups.2.The trunk control ability of the experimental group has been significantly improved,with an average increase of 53.51%.The sagittal plane,frontal plane and horizontal plane all have an overall increase of more than 30%,and the training effect is more significant than that of the traditional core stability training method.Research conclusion:1.Compared with the traditional core strength training after 8 weeks of training,BOSU training can improve the core stability of skill cheerleaders,especially the trunk control ability.2.The specific actions of BOSU training selected in this experiment are guided by the theory of "core strength training" and summarized according to the characteristics of skill cheerleading.The experimental results show that these movements are very effective in improving the core competence of skill cheerleaders and are suitable for daily training of skill cheerleaders.3.BOSU training guided by the theory of "core strength training" has significantly improved the quality of difficult movements of skilled cheerleaders.After 8 weeks of training,the experimental data show that the experimental group has greatly improved in the improvement of two difficult movements,which shows that BOSU training can enable skilled cheerleaders to maintain good stability and control and improve the quality of movements. |
