Objectives: Core stability training is a popular physical training method for competitive sports at present,among which football is popular among teenagers.It is a game of rapid transition between attack and defense,full of physical confrontation and quick stop and quick turn,which requires very high physical level of athletes.This experiment on the basis of core stability theory,combining with the characteristics of football sports and focus on core stability training,explore the wave speed ball core stability training of juvenile football player,the influence of the contrast between its core and the traditional training,poor profit for juvenile football sport provides a more scientific method of physical training.Methods: This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire method and experimental method,the mayor cup five old village elementary school in nanjing city and jianye district warden cup team of 36 10-12 juvenile football player as experimental object,USES the random grouping divide the players into the experimental group and the control group,each group of 18,The experimental group received wave ball training,and the control group received traditional core stability training.Through 8 weeks of tracking training and testing,the experimental conditions were controlled,and the four indexes of core stability of the response players(1-minute supine standing,flat support,blindfolded standing on one leg,dangling leg lifting)were tested.Physical fitness indicators(30m sprint,100 m sprint,front solid ball,standing long jump);As well as football-specific technical indicators(1-minute ball bounce,dribbling around the bar to shoot,25-meter kick,and kick far)were tested.Before the start of the experiment,the values of all the initial indicators of the two groups were measured to exclude the influence of validity.After the experiment,the collected data were statistically analyzed with SPSS20.0 software.Results:1.Compared with the control group,the 1-minute sit-up in the experimental group improved by 38.63% on average,the flat support improved by14.39%,the blindfolded one-legged standing improved by 105.88%,and the dangling leg improved by 26.30%.The P values of the four indicators were all less than 0.05,showing significant differences.2.In the test of the completion quality of basic technical movements such as passing and catching,overhead and shooting,the results of four tests in the experimental group after the intervention of wave ball training were significantly different from those before the experiment(P < 0.05).3.In the physical fitness index,there was significant difference between the experimental group in 100-meter running performance(P < 0.05);The results of 30 meters accelerated race,front throwing solid ball and standing long jump were significant(P < 0.01).In the football skill index,there was significant difference between the experimental group(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference between dribbling around the bar and kicking far(P < 0.01).Conclusions:1.Wave ball training can greatly improve the core stability of young football players,and the effect is better than the traditional core stability training.2.The physical quality and football skills of young football players have been improved through the wave ball training,which can be added to the daily training of football players.3.Wave ball training can improve the cooperative working ability of muscles,enhance the movement control ability and the coordination of upper and lower limbs in sports.
