With the development of the times and the progress of the society,education is the foundation of cultivating talents.We must keep pace with the times and innovate constantly.Home-school co-education meets the needs of the times and is increasingly valued.From the promulgation of national policies and regulations to the study of social practice,it can be seen that the construction of home-school coeducation system is the need for students’ growth,as well as for the development of schools and the times.Based on Bourdieu’s field theory,this research adopts survey methods,such as questionnaire survey,interview,literature research and other research methods and so on.Combined with the actual development of schools,taking M Primary School in Nanning City as the survey sampling object to investigate and research the homeschool co-education of M Primary School in Nanning City.This research took more than 100 teachers,about 300 parents and more than 300 students of M Primary School as the subjects of investigation,developed the teachers’ questionnaire,the parents’ questionnaire and the students’ questionnaire to carry out the survey,and interviewed in total,more than twenty school administrators,teachers,parents and students.Based on 654 valid questionnaires and more than 20 interview records,the basic situation of home-school co-education in the primary school was statistically analyzed,and the problems in the construction of the home-school co-education system of M Primary School were obtained.It is found that the main problems in the construction of the primary school co-education system represented by this primary school are concentrated in two aspects: co-education concept and co-education behavior.The specific manifestations are: first,the position of teachers,parents and students in home-school co-education is vague,the content of rights and responsibilities is not clear,there is a lack or weakness of subjectivity,the main body of participation is offside and misplaced,the concept of home-school co-education is conservative,and there is no focus on the all-round development of students.Second,the co-parenting behavior of the participating subjects is improper and the communication ability is insufficient.The reasons for the existence of these problems can be summarized into two points: first,both home and school do not fully understand the policy of homeschool co-education,and the concept of co-education is not innovative;Second,home-school co-education thinking is solidified,resulting in cognitive behavior bias.In view of the in-depth analysis of the above problems and the reasons behind them,in order to improve the construction of the co-education system of primary schools,this thesis research is carried out from the two aspects of updating the concept of coeducation and improving the co-education behavior of both home and school,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the home-school co-education system.First of all,starting from the discussion of the position of the participants in home-school coeducation,through policy learning and actual practice,establish the main body of home-school co-education participation,attach importance to the right of students and parents to participate,clarify the focus of the construction of home-school coeducation system,and clarify the responsibilities,authority and content of the three main subjects of teachers,parents and students in home-school co-education,clarify the focus of school education and family education,improve the cooperation of homeschool co-education,improve students’ mobility,update educational concepts,and focus on the all-round development of students.Second,improve the educational methods of teachers and parents and improve communication skills.Based on the comprehensive development of students’ core literacy,this research advocates effective communication and cooperation between schools and families,so as to give play to the important role of home-school co-education in the growth of primary school students,and continuously improve the level of primary education by building a perfect home-school co-education system from multiple angles and in an all-round way.Constantly update the educational concept and improve the educational behavior.Schools and families work together to promote the healthy growth of students.It is hoped that through the research of this thesis,it will provide some constructive basis for the construction of home-school co-education system in primary school.
