The new curriculum reform emphasizes that students should get more comprehensive and healthy development.Previous education confined to schools has been unable to meet the requirements of the new era for the development of students.Nowadays,with the rapid development and progress of the times,school education has gradually stepped out of the fence and become open,trying to find a wider and richer space of educational resources.In the family,family education is accompanied by the birth of a child.It has an impact on children’s behavior,habits,learning and other aspects.In the community,there are abundant educational resources in the community,which will enrich the contents of students’education.How to make the three parties play their respective strengths in education,make family education and school education complement each other and take each other’s strengths,and make the community with vast educational resources provide continuous strength for school education and family education so that students can get good development is an important problem we are facing now.Based on the Theory of Overlapping Spheres of Influence and taking S elementary school in Shandong Province as the focus of this study,this paper studies the current situation of home-school cooperation in primary schools in China,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The introduction includes the origin of the study,the theoretical and practical significance of this study,the literature review at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods.The first chapter is the Theory of Overlapping Spheres of Influence and Its Enlightenment to home-school cooperation.In the first part,the Theory of Overlapping Spheres of Influence is introduced in detail from three aspects:theoretical background,basic content and characteristics.The second part first defines the concept of home-school cooperation,and thendiscussesthe current situation of home-school cooperation in China,Finallydiscusses the Enlightenment of home-school cooperation and the points needing attention from six practical modes derived from the Theory of Overlapping Spheres of Influence,namely,good parents,mutual communication,voluntary service,home counseling,participation in decision-making and community cooperation.Chapter two is a survey of the status quo of home-school cooperation in S primary schools in Shandong Province:based on the Theory of Overlapping Spheres of Influence areas.A questionnaire was designed based on the external model of the Theory of Overlapping Spheres of Influence.The questionnaire includes four parts:the influence of school alone,the influence of overlapping force of family and school,the influence of overlapping force of family and community,and the joint influence of family,school and community.Among them,family and school are the two most direct subjects in the process of home-school cooperation.Therefore,the influence of the overlapping force between family and school is investigated from six aspects:the understanding of home-school cooperation,the situation of home-school cooperation,the effect of home-school cooperation,the influencing factors of home-school cooperation,the level of home-school cooperation construction and the attitude of parents towards home-school cooperation training.Inorder to make the data more effective through careful classification survey.Finally,the questionnaire is analyzed according to the survey data.Chapter three is about the problems existing in the home-school cooperation of S primary school in Shandong Province:based on the analysis of the Theory of Overlapping Spheres of Influence.According to the external model framework of the Theory of Overlapping Spheres of Influence,the problems are analyzed from four aspects:the unique influence of schools,the unique influence of communities,the combined influence of families and schools,and the combined influence of families,schools and communities.Specifically,it includes four parts:imperfect school policies,lack of evaluation system,lack of laws and regulations and evaluation system,joint efforts of family and school,building the cornerstone of cooperation between family and school,less social activities,and poor effect of joint efforts of family,school and community.Chapter four is the strategy to improve the effectiveness of primary school-home cooperation under the Theory of Overlapping Spheres of Influence.According to the framework of the external model of the Theory of Overlapping Spheres of Influence,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from seven aspects:the unique influence of family,school,community,family and school,family and community,school and community,and family,school and community.Specifically,it includes the unique influence exerted by family,school and society;providing relevant training for parents and teachers;improving communication skills between parents and teachers;guiding family education by schools;innovating parents’meetings;enriching forms of home visits;making rational use of various network information exchange platforms;setting up diverse activities;improving the level of home-school cooperation;and formulating schools.Cooperative Program;Principals support social education resources to enrich and supplement school education and create a good home-school cooperative environment for schools;integrate community education resources into school curricula;community and school need a sense of two-way service;parents lead children to participate in social activities;families and communities need a sense of two-way service;schools carry out community activities involving parents These three strategies are to build a caring educational environment. |
