Teachers are the key factor in promoting the integrated construction of Ideological and political courses in colleges,universities and primary schools.The integration of Ideological and political teachers has affected the process of Ideological and political course reform and innovation to a certain extent.To explore how to deepen the integrated construction of Ideological and political teachers is particularly important for promoting the integrated construction of Ideological and political courses in colleges,universities and primary schools in the new development stage.Promoting the construction of the integrated team of Ideological and political teachers in colleges,universities and primary schools is a systematic project integrating theory and practice.It is particularly necessary to deepen the construction of Ideological and political teachers in colleges,universities and primary schools based on the perspective of empirical research.Taking the problem as the guide and focusing on solving the estrangement problems of Ideological and political teachers in each school stage is an effective way to promote the integration of Ideological and political teachers in colleges,universities and primary schools.The organic coordination of Ideological and political course teachers is an important part of the integration of Ideological and political courses in primary,middle and primary schools.However,the joint force of teachers’ education has not yet been formed,which is reflected in the weak integration of teachers’ community and the insufficient effective connection between teachers’ Curriculum objectives and curriculum content.Taking the construction of Ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools as the core theme of the research,this paper mainly uses the method of literature analysis to clarify its essential connotation,theoretical support,policy support and practical requirements by explaining the basic connotation,main characteristics and basis of the integrated construction of Ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools.Using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of the integrated construction of Ideological and political teachers in primary,middle and primary schools,and finds the following problems: first,the cross section communication and learning of Ideological and political teachers is not enough;Second,teachers’ overall understanding and application ability of curriculum objectives are insufficient;Third,teachers’ ability to connect the curriculum content is not enough.Guided by the problem of the integrated construction of Ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools,this paper puts forward the basic goal of the integrated construction of Ideological and political teachers,and uses materialist dialectics to deeply analyze the basic principles and methods followed by the integrated construction of Ideological and political teachers in primary,middle and primary schools.Based on the perspective of system holism,following the principle of the integrated construction of Ideological and political teachers in colleges,universities and primary schools,and guided by the goal,this paper discusses the basic countermeasures of the integrated construction of Ideological and political teachers in colleges,universities and primary schools.The research conclusion shows that the construction of teachers is the key to realize the integration of Ideological and political courses in colleges,universities and primary schools.Through the integrated construction of Ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools,we can build a community of Ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools,which can break the gap between education and teaching among teachers in different school segments,promote the collaborative integration of Ideological and political teachers in different school segments,enhance teachers’ understanding and effective connection of the objectives and contents of Ideological and political courses in different school segments,and promote the gradual and spiral rise of Ideological and political teaching in different school segments,Effectively promote the integration of Ideological and political courses in colleges,universities and primary schools.
