Primary school male teachers,as a low proportion of teachers but occupy an important position of the group,their professional development has an important impact on the future development of education in our country.In order to better promote the professional development of male teachers in primary schools,this study adopts the methods of questionnaire,interview,literature,case analysis,and pays attention to the present situation of the professional development of male teachers in primary schools from the angles of pedagogy and psychology.Try to find out the factors that affect the professional development of male teachers in primary schools,and on this basis,draw up the strategies to promote the professional development of male teachers in primary schools,in order to provide a realistic basis for the formulation of relevant teacher management policies and for the development of male teachers.Reference.This study selects some male teachers in primary school as the research object,from the work intensity,the open class and the training situation,the employment reason and the turnover situation,the occupation stress present situation,the occupation well-being present situation,The six dimensions of career prospect are to understand the present situation of the professional development of male teachers in primary schools and to draw the following conclusions: at present,the work intensity of male teachers in primary schools is too high,the situation of participating in open classes and training is good,and the stability of employment is high.Moderate job stress,high job satisfaction and so on.The factors that affect the professional development of male teachers in primary schools mainly revolve around the favorable and unfavorable factors,and the favorable factors affecting the male teachers in primary schools are obtained.There are mainly the gender role factors of male teachers,clear professional cognition,clear awareness of self-professional development,the habit of regular teaching reflection,headmaster's support for male teachers,cooperative learning among teachers,and the guidance of teachers.The exercise of open class,the promotion of key events,the support of family,etc.The main unfavorable factors affecting the professional development of male teachers in primary schools are the lack of depth and breadth of reflection,the lack of learning habits,the lack of practical experience,the excessive burden of work,and thestereotyped impression of male teachers in primary schools.The social status and economic treatment of primary school male teachers are low,assimilation masculinity,lack of pertinence in on-the-job training and so on.Finally,according to the conclusions of the investigation,this study puts forward the following promotion strategies from four aspects: male teachers,primary and secondary schools,normal colleges and government departments: male teachers need to give full play to their gender advantages and create their own "brand effect".Strengthen the consciousness of independent professional development,practice independent development activities,take the initiative to create key events,and help teachers' professional development;Schools should set up a platform for teachers' reflection and communication,promote reflection towards deepening,correctly understand open classes,establish a scientific evaluation mechanism,establish an effective male teacher training system,promote their professional development,and construct a school knowledge sharing mechanism.Drive the professional growth of teachers,under the load To reduce stress as much as possible to make time for teachers' professional development,normal colleges and universities should carry out vocational cognition education,improve vocational identity,set up gender education courses,and cultivate good male personality psychology.Government departments should strengthen the research on the professional development of male teachers in primary schools,establish a complete teacher security mechanism,and provide a good atmosphere for teachers' professional development.
