Research On Optimization Strategy Of Integrated Development Of Physical Education In Suzhou

The "integration of sports and education" is a new initiative of strategic importance to strengthen school sports and further promote quality education,so as to cultivate high quality and high level of comprehensive development of sports reserve talents for the country.In recent years,Suzhou sports and education under the leadership of the Provincial Education Department,adhere to high-quality development to promote the modernization of physical education,the implementation of quality education as the core,the overall improvement of physical education teaching quality,and actively carry out the campus sunshine sports,all-round promotion of the development of school sports.2021,the promulgation of the "Guidance on Strengthening Youth Sports in Suzhou" has laid the policy foundation for the development of youth sports in Suzhou,but the integration of sports and education in Suzhou The road has just started,and there are still many problems that need to be strengthened and improved.Therefore,this paper uses survey research method and case study method to analyze the current situation and dilemma of the development of sports-education integration in Suzhou,and propose specific optimization countermeasures for the next step of sports-education integration in Suzhou.The following research conclusions are mainly drawn:1.Through the case study analysis,we found that the current practices in promoting "integration of sports and education" in Suzhou mainly include "integration of sports in education","integration of education in sports",and "integration of sports and education".The three models of "integration of sports and education".The"integration of sports into education" model is one of the first models to return sports to education.The "teaching in the body" model is less implemented,and the integration content is relatively single,while the "integration of sports and education" model is the most ideal way to play the function of sports and education.2.The current development status of the integration of sports and education in Suzhou shows that the overall effect of integration and the integration process still fall short of the overall requirements,the coherence of the integration process is insufficient,the overall satisfaction of school sports work is not high,and the integration effect is not optimistic.3.From the perspective of collaborative governance and system theory,the factors affecting the development of "integration of sports and education" in Suzhou are studied in depth,and the causes are analyzed at the level of integration elements,and it is concluded that the inconsistency of integration goals,the lack of diversity of integration subjects,the governance rules model,the homogeneity of integration methods,and the poor integration effect are the biggest difficulties faced in the process of deepening the integration of sports and education in Suzhou.The biggest difficulty faced in the process of integration is the lack of consistency in integration goals,the lack of diversity in integration subjects,the lack of governance rules,the unified approach to integration,and the poor effect of integration.According to the findings of the study,the following strategies are proposed to optimize the development of sports-education integration in Suzhou from five aspects:1.Establish a new target integration system of sports-education integration,and promote the synergistic development of sports and education;2.Clarify the functions of multiple subjects in the process of sports-education integration development,and give full play to the synergistic role of different functional departments;3.Raise the awareness of participation of multiple subjects in sports-education integration,and government departments play a leading role to form a new pattern of multi-body participation and multi-factor force;4.Improve the policy system related to sports-education integration,and actively Improve the supporting policy and regulation system,and play a leading role in policy;5.Strengthen the supervision and governance of sports-education integration of multiple synergies,the government further changes its functions,builds a multiple synergy governance system,and forms a new model of synergy governance.
