The Research On The Path Optimization Of Running Schools In Groups Of Vocational Education In Songjiang District From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance Theory

Collectivized management of vocational education,as a kind of school managerial behavior of integrating vocational education resources and coordinating multiple governance subjects,has become a hot topic in the academic circles in recent years.In particular,the practices of vocational education in foreign countries as well as the research achievements of the domestic vocational education on collectivized management provide a good experience for the Songjiang vocational education group.Studiesand applications of collaborative governance theory mainly focuson such difficult problems as the public crisis,regional cooperation and ecological environment governance.In the field of education,correlative researches are mainly applied to inter-school and school-enterprise cooperation.The collaborative governance theory in the occupation education group shows six characteristics: publicity,diversity,interactivity,formality,dominance and marketability,through which,the paper analyzesthe evolution of Songjiang occupation education groups,the present situations and problems,finding out that currently,the main causes that affect collectivized management of Songjiangvocational education arethe unbalance roles played by participants,the relatively unreasonable organization,imperfect institutions,the lack of service platform and unremarkable functions exerted by the economic areas.For the problems of how to guide the subgroups with the common goal to make concerted effort to maximize synergy,the paper compares the domestic and foreign vocational education groups in Germany,Britain,Australia,Zhejiang,Shanghai,Jiading,and summarizes the relevant experience and enlightenment.On this basis,the paper establishes the basic principles of the path optimization for the Collectivized management of vocational education in Songjiang.The study of countermeasures will be carried out from the aspects of the leading responsibilities of the governance subjects such as the government,schools and enterprises,establishing modernized management and organization institutions,perfecting rules and regulations,strengthening the construction of collaborative platforms and intensifying the tightness with the development of Songjiang regional economy.
