| Rural education is an integral part of China’s education system.High quality teaching can facilitate the physical and mental development of rural students,which plays an extremely important role in realizing equality in urban and rural education.It is also one of the key factors in promoting the high-quality development of education in our country.At present,the principal contradiction facing Chinese society is“between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life”.This also includes the contradiction of unbalanced and inadequate distribution of urban and rural educational resources.In weak rural schools,there is the lack of educational resources,shortage of rural teachers,lack of professional quality and no opportunity to participate in the comprehensive quality training of teachers,which constitutes the main reason that the teaching quality of large numbers of rural schools cannot be improved.Under the background of the rapid development of “Internet Plus”,the“dual-teacher teaching” model comes into being.Specifically,one famous teacher in the city provides online distance teaching,while another teacher in the village is responsible for offline interactive tutoring.In this way,teaching resource sharing can be realized by intimate cooperation between the two teachers.More importantly,through this model,high-quality education and teaching resources in cities can be combined and shared with weak schools in remote mountainous areas,which not only contributes to enhancing the professional quality and teaching level of teachers in these schools,but also motivates rural students to enjoy various excellent teaching methods and high-quality teaching resources provided by urban education.In the long run,it is possible to improve the quality of education in weak rural schools,and crack the dilemma of uneven educational development,eventually promoting educational equity.Based on this context,through introducing the “dual-teacher teaching” model into rural weak schools for teaching practice,this study aims to examine its practical effect,analyze the benefits and problems that this model brings to rural weak schools in the course of practice and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies.Taking X Middle School of Guangnan County as the research object,this paper investigates the teaching status of the school,namely to analyze and summarize the implementation of education and teaching in this school from four aspects: teaching environment,school management system,teacher education status and students’ learning status.Several problems exposed are as follows.First,the school management system is not mature.Second,teachers lack professional quality,and Students difficult to guarantee the professional development.Third,students’ academic performance is not ideal and their learning attitude is seriously polarized.On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the teaching situation in rural weak schools,the “dual-teacher teaching” mode is introduced.At the same time,with much clearer and deeper understanding of the structure and process of this model,the author applies it to classroom teaching practice in the pilot school so as to figure out the solutions to the above problems.The whole process is divided into three phases:before class,during class and after class.Through the method of combining questionnaire survey and interview,this paper evaluates the implementation effect of “dual teacher teaching” classroom in strengthening the teaching quality of rural schools and the development of teachers and students.The results demonstrate that the application of this type of teaching model is conducive to facilitating the comprehensive advancement of rural students,increasing teachers’ professional quality,and alleviating the shortage of teachers.In addition,this study also briefly explains the problems existing in the practice of “dual teacher teaching” mode,and proposes certain improvement strategies from the aspects of teacher communication and professional quality training.“Dual teacher teaching” mode is an effective approach to reinforce the teaching quality of rural schools and promote the development of teachers and students.In the future,it is still necessary to focus on the application and popularization of “dual teacher teaching” mode.Only in this way can urban and rural schools be linked together and the educational gap between urban and rural areas be shortened,driving the balanced development of education and fairness in education,and boosting the high quality development of education in our country. |
