General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "To run a socialist school with Chinese characteristics well,we must insist on building morality and cultivating people,and integrate the cultivation and practice of socialist core values into the whole process of teaching and educating people." In order to realize the new pattern of "three comprehensive education" in vocational education,it is necessary to combine professional courses with ideological and political theory education to realize the unification of knowledge imparting and value guidance.This is curriculum ideology and politics.The ideological and political course requires teachers to dig out the rich ideological and political elements contained in the course,and help students improve at all levels in terms of patriotism,values,behavioral performance,logical thinking,dialectical ability,and comprehensive quality.The goal of running a secondary vocational school is to export a large number of applied talents with vocational skills to the society.Secondary vocational school students not only need to have professional skills,but also need to become high-quality students with comprehensive knowledge in the new era,and then become socialist builders and successors.Therefore,it is necessary and necessary to promote curriculum ideological and political construction in secondary vocational schools."Tourism English" is a compulsory course for tourism majors in secondary vocational schools.It helps secondary vocational students to improve overall from the aspects of knowledge,ability and professionalism,and realizes knowledge imparting and value guidance invisibly through the form of hidden courses.,use the method of moistening things and silently integrating into the classroom to finally complete the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue.This research is based on the teaching design and implementation research of "Tourism English" in secondary vocational schools under the ideological and political concept of the course.The research is divided into several parts.First,through literature research,understand the research status of curriculum ideology and politics and the integration status of "Tourism English".Second,conduct fieldwork in secondary vocational schools,and use methods of participant observation,questionnaire survey,and interviews to understand the current situation of the integration of curriculum ideology and "Tourism English".Third,carry out the application design of the ideological and political version of the course "Tourism English",and carry out the overall design from the aspects of curriculum analysis,pre-teaching,teaching process,teaching content,teaching evaluation and assessment according to the survey results,and use "Chapter Eight Tourism Sightseeing-Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area Explained by On-Site English Tour Guide" as a practical case to start teaching.Fourth,analyze the teaching practice,mainly through the students’ after-class experience and full-time teachers’ evaluation and interviews to conclude the shortcomings of the course effect.Fifth,summarize and look forward to this study,analyze the deficiencies and put forward prospects for follow-up research.
