| Curriculum Civics is a comprehensive educational concept proposed in the context of the new era,and is a strategic initiative to implement the fundamental task of "establishing moral education".As an essential part of the vocational education system,secondary vocational education is responsible for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.However,secondary schools are still lagging behind in the construction of the Civic Politics in the curriculum,and there is an urgent need to enhance the exploration and integration of the Civic Politics in the professional curriculum and strengthen the implementation of Civic Politics in the secondary curriculum.This study investigates the current situation of the teaching of Chinese Tourism Geography in secondary schools through questionnaires and interviews,and finds that the current problems of students’ needs not being met,the lack of awareness of the professional course teachers,the lack of ways to test the effectiveness of the course’s thinking and politics,and the lack of depth in the exploration of thinking and politics elements,so as to clarify the role of the course’s thinking and politics in the education of "hidden curriculum".The course is a "hidden curriculum" of the nurturing function and the need to deepen the teaching connotation.This study is guided by the theory of comprehensive human development,humanistic learning theory and implicit education theory,and the teaching design of the course "Chinese Tourism Geography" in secondary school.Based on the Ministry of Education’s 2020 edition of the Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Secondary Schools,the teaching design is carried out in four aspects: teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,on the basis of the analysis of the course "Chinese Tourism Geography".Finally,the chapter of "Tourism Resources in Sichuan Province" was selected for the design and practice of the ideological and political teaching of the course.The results of students’ interviews showed that most students’ professional knowledge,skills and ideological and political literacy were improved to a certain extent through the teaching of this course.This study has the shortcomings of limited teaching practice and unverifiable follow-up teaching effects.It also proposes research prospects for improving the evaluation mechanism of professional course teachers’ thinking and politics,and strengthening professional course teachers’ thinking and politics theory learning. |
