| Secondary vocational colleges are the most closely connected part of the education system with the economy and society.At present,China has entered a new stage of development.The economic development has ushered in new opportunities,but also faced new challenges.The employment pressure of students in secondary vocational schools is increasing.Improving the curriculum quality of secondary vocational schools,the professional ability of graduates and the competitiveness of the workplace has become an important topic that workers in secondary vocational schools must explore in depth.Conference Practice is the core course of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools.In order to optimize the construction of secretarial specialty curriculum,it is urgent to scientifically evaluate and improve the construction status of this course.However,at present,in the course evaluation of Conference Practice for secretarial major in secondary vocational schools,there are still a few evaluations for improving the course.As an important part of the field of education evaluation in secondary vocational colleges,curriculum evaluation is crucial to promote the reform of curriculum teaching and improve the effectiveness of education,and is an important guarantee of the teaching quality in secondary vocational colleges.Therefore,the author applies CIPP model to the evaluation of the "Conference Practice" course of the secretary major in secondary vocational schools,trying to explore a more reasonable and effective way of curriculum evaluation,optimize the evaluation of the secretary major in secondary vocational schools,and improve the quality of talent training.The paper is mainly divided into five parts for research:The first part is introduction.Firstly,analyze the background and significance of promoting curriculum evaluation;Secondly,review the literature status in relevant fields both domestically and internationally,and make a brief review;Finally,the research object,content,methods,etc.of this article are described.The second part is the definition of core concepts and related theoretical basis.Define the core concepts of this article,"course evaluation" and "conference practice" courses,as well as analyze the theoretical basis of this article,"CIPP evaluation model",to establish a theoretical basis for building an indicator system and corresponding weights for this article.The third part is the construction of the evaluation index system for the "Conference Practice" curriculum in secondary vocational schools based on the CIPP model.Firstly,analyze the characteristics of the "Conference Practice" course in secondary vocational schools,and propose the principles that should be followed in constructing indicators based on theoretical basis.Then the Delphi method method is used to screen the primary indicators,and the weight of the indicators is established by combining the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The fourth part is the application of the evaluation index of the course of Conference Practice in secondary vocational schools based on CIPP model.Through questionnaires and interviews this paper conducts an empirical study on the construction of the "Conference Practice" course for the secretary major of F secondary vocational school.The survey contents include the evaluation of teachers,students and enterprises on the curriculum background,curriculum plan,curriculum setting and curriculum effect of Conference Practice.SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis of the survey data.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of "Conference Practice" curriculum in secondary vocational schools based on CIPP model.On the basis of the problems found in the fourth part,combined with the needs of talent training,the author tries to put forward measures to optimize the curriculum construction of Conference Practice in secondary vocational schools from four aspects: curriculum background,curriculum plan,curriculum implementation and curriculum effect. |
