With the continuous advancement of China’s industrialized society,the state has issued a large number of policy documents to encourage the development of vocational education.The "Introduction to the Key Work of Vocational Education in2022" pointed out that "secondary vocational education is the starting point rather than the end point of vocational education",and secondary vocational education plays a decisive role in the development of vocational education and society.Professional courses are an important course that distinguishes secondary vocational schools from ordinary high schools,and the improvement of the teaching quality of teachers in professional courses is the key to improving the quality of professional courses.The teaching evaluation of teachers in professional courses provides a strong guarantee for the improvement of teaching quality and teacher development.The survey found that at present,the number of evaluations specifically for the teaching of teachers in secondary vocational professional courses is small,and the quality is not high,and there are problems such as weakening the orientation of promoting teacher development,unsystematic evaluation indicators,and unreasonable weighting.Therefore,this study aims to combine the teaching characteristics of secondary vocational professional courses,emphasize the cultivation of teaching ability of professional course teachers,and try to make up for the current gap in the teaching evaluation of secondary vocational professional course teachers in China.Although it does not cover all the factors of teaching activities,it is of certain significance to promote the development of teachers of secondary vocational professional courses.Firstly,the literature analysis method is used to summarize the existing problems in the teaching evaluation of teachers in professional courses and their research,and the appropriate evaluation model of CIPP is found based on the problem-oriented.Secondly,based on the four elements of the CIPP model,Nvivo software is used to analyze academic literature and policy texts,and the second-and third-level indicators of teaching evaluation of teachers in secondary vocational professional courses are preliminarily formulated.Adopt the expert consultation method to modify the evaluation indicators;The rationality of the evaluation index is tested through investigation and research,and the final evaluation index is determined after passing the test.Then,the analytic hierarchy method is used to determine the peer weight and combination weight of the teaching evaluation index of teachers of secondary vocational professional courses,which include two evaluation subjects: teachers and students.So far,the construction of the teaching evaluation index system for teachers of secondary vocational professional courses based on the CIPP model has been completed.Finally,the constructed evaluation index system is applied to evaluate the teaching of secondary vocational professional teachers,and the results are fed back to the evaluated teachers,so as to improve the teaching situation of professional teachers.After half a semester,the credibility of the evaluation results and the degree of improvement of teachers’ teaching standards were further investigated to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation index system in promoting teacher development.
