General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the 2021 National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities that "the construction of teaching materials is an important basis for educating people and talents",which profoundly revealed the importance of teaching materials construction in education in the new era.In 2020,the "Vocational Education Quality Improvement Action Plan(2020-2023)" pointed out that the construction of vocational education textbooks should be strengthened;in 2021,the selection of the first National Textbook Construction Award will be completed,including 400 types of vocational education and continuing education,showing It reflects the country’s attention to the construction of teaching materials and the urgent need to promote the high-quality development of teaching materials.The rapid development of the market and the rapid change of science and technology have put forward new requirements for secretarial jobs.The close relationship between vocational education and market demand changes will inevitably put forward higher requirements for the talent training specifications and quality of secondary vocational secretarial majors.Teaching is a secretarial major.The main carrier for improving the effect of talent training,while teaching materials are the foundation of teaching,and teaching material reform is an important prerequisite and starting point for promoting teaching reform.The practical training module of the textbook is the basic unit for secondary vocational teachers to organize practical training and students to carry out skill training.The characteristics and innovations of this paper are that,firstly,the research object is transferred from the overall teaching materials to the specific practice modules;secondly,the training modules are analyzed and optimized around the dimensions and scales of the cultivation and growth of office affairs management skills;thirdly,using a combination of methods to carry out research on the teaching material training module from multiple dimensions.The first is to use a combination of text analysis and survey methods in the early stage: to analyze the problems existing in the compilation,design and practical use of the practical training modules of the textbook from two perspectives of theory and practice;the second is to use a combination of classroom observation and interview methods in the later stage,and With reference to the students’ skill assessment results,the optimization effect of the training module is tested from the two dimensions of the process and the results of the students’ use of the teaching material training module,and strive to be rigorous and meticulous in the optimization research.By comparing the compiling styles of various office affairs management textbooks and training modules,this paper selects the authoritative and widely used textbook "Office Affairs Processing" from the People’s Education Publishing House among the textbooks related to office affairs management skills.The subject conducts the following research:First,analyze the practical training module of the textbook "Office Affairs Handling" from the aspects of writing design and actual use: First,based on the analysis of textbooks and the theoretical achievements related to the construction of vocational education textbooks,the content,structure and presentation are selected.The text analysis of the training module is carried out in three dimensions.At the same time,the actual use effect of the textbook still needs to be tested at the practical level.This paper takes the teachers and students of the secretary major of Nanning No.L Vocational and Technical School as the survey object,and investigates and analyzes the use status and Effect.It is concluded that the following problems exist in the training module of the textbook "Office Affairs Handling" :(1)In terms of writing and design: the content is outdated,and the integration of the front and rear content is not strong;the difficulty of the topics is reversed,and there is a lack of skill assessment standards;the design is single,and there is a lack of supporting resources etc.;(2)In terms of practical use:the selection and presentation of topic content does not match the level of students’ cognitive development,the arrangement of topics does not match well with the formation of students’ skills,and the presentation of topics has an adverse effect on students’ observation and imitation.Second,in response to the above problems,this paper optimizes the design of the training module of the textbook "Office Affairs Processing",and proposes the following optimization strategies: First,determine the optimization goals: stimulate students’ interest in learning,help students develop skills,and improve students’ secretarial professional quality;The second is to follow the optimization basis: according to the requirements of the "Secretary Major Teaching Standards in Secondary Vocational Schools",the learning characteristics of secondary vocational students and the development needs of secretarial positions;the third is to establish the optimization principle: focus on the professional and cutting-edge,integration and cohesion of the content;Pay attention to the level of difficulty of the questions,the regularity of skill formation,the goal and evaluation of skill formation;the interest of module design,the convenience of students’ use,the flexibility and openness of resources,etc.On the basis of the above-mentioned goals,basis and principles,this paper takes the chapter of "receiving reservation visitors" in the textbook as a sample optimization design,and summarizes the specific optimization process of the training module of the textbook:(1)Through the interviews with the secretarial professional teachers through the research results of the enterprise,Determine typical work tasks of office clerks and analyze vocational skills;(2)Design specific goals: propose specific learning goals for vocational skills;(3)Integrate multi-faceted content: Use professional platforms such as smart vocational education to select and integrate the content of modules;(4)Optimize the structure arrangement: follow the sequence of skill formation in the structure arrangement,highlighting the role of the cultivation of module skills;(5)Improve the presentation method: by adding images,enriching colors,highlighting the interest of teaching materials,in the form of two-dimensional code Add micro-lecture resources to embed digital resources into paper teaching materials;(6)Collect opinions from teachers and students: After the design is completed,solicit opinions from professional teachers and secondary vocational students,and make further revisions on this basis,and finally complete all optimization work and present the optimization results.Third,in order to test the optimization effect of the training module,the optimized sample chapters are applied to teaching practice.Using classroom observation method,skill assessment,interview method and other methods to test the optimization effect of the module,it is found that the optimized "practical drill" module can effectively stimulate students’ interest in skills training,improve the efficiency of students’ skills training,and improve students’ understanding of skills operation details.And the learning effect of job language application.According to the actual use of students,the cycle of improvement and reflection improvement will be carried out again to better present the results of textbook optimization,more effectively support teachers’ classroom teaching and students’ skills learning needs,and promote the cultivation of secretarial students’ office affairs management skills.
