Research And Analysis Of The Administrative Office Management System Of Yunnan Vocational College Of Economics, Trade And Foreign Affairs

In today's society,information technology has been widely used in all walks of life in society.The informationization of higher vocational colleges is an important part of its own construction process,and it is an inevitable choice to adapt to the long-term development of higher vocational education,and to enhance information technology.The construction level has special significance for the administration,education and teaching of higher vocational colleges.With the expansion of the scale of schools and the increasingly fierce competition among students,schools are paying more and more attention to office efficiency.The traditional way of working can no longer meet current needs,and it needs a set of information systems that support the collaboration of college staff and workers,rapid information transfer,and rapid decision-making.Through the application of the system,it will create an open,networked,and high efficiency office environment.This article discusses the current status and trends of office automation development at home and abroad,and analyzes the problems in the administrative office business and the informatization requirements of the Yunnan Economic Trade And Foreign Affairs College.Based on this,it proposes an optimized business process and customization.The R&D design is applicable to the college's administrative office management system.This article starts with functions such as document handling,meeting management,and official seal management,bus management,daily office supplies management,etc.Combined with UML modeling language,it uses use-case diagrams,package diagram,thumbnail class diagrams,E-R diagram to perform in-depth analysis of business process,system function and the data,and design the corresponding database tables.Finally,it summarizes the completion status and problems of the system.It is hoped that this article can provide opinions and suggestions for the informatization construction of higher vocational colleges.
