| The Opinions on Promoting the High Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education issued by the General Office of the State Council emphasize the need to improve the quality of classroom teaching and deepen educational reform.This measure reflects the urgent need for optimizing and upgrading classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools.The key to high-quality classroom teaching lies in teaching students according to their aptitude,meeting their learning and development needs,and ensuring the effectiveness of classroom teaching.As a significant embodiment of the educational concept of "teaching according to one’s aptitude",exploring the optimization of classroom teaching based on learning situation analysis has important theoretical significance and practical value.This study takes the course "Applied Writing" in the secretary major as a case study,and based on a systematic investigation of the learning situation,proposes corresponding optimization strategies for the classroom teaching design of "Applied Writing".Firstly,through literature analysis,we aim to understand the current research status of learning situation analysis and instructional design both domestically and internationally.Based on the previous research results,we systematically analyze them and determine the cognitive,skill,and emotional dimensions of learning situation investigation.The four major elements of classroom teaching design include teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching media,and teaching evaluation.Secondly,questionnaire survey methods and interview methods were used to develop survey questionnaires for students and teachers respectively.In the case school’s secretarial major,a survey of students’ learning situation and a survey of the current situation of classroom teaching design for "Applied Writing" were conducted,and interviews were conducted with teachers on the current situation of classroom teaching design for "Applied Writing".The results of the study situation survey indicate that in terms of cognitive characteristics,vocational school students have weak knowledge foundation,low cognitive level,and cognitive difficulties in the application,analysis,synthesis,and evaluation stages;In terms of skill characteristics,vocational school students have a relatively weak skill foundation,are in the imitation stage of forming operational skills,have average application abilities,and lack practical experience;In terms of emotional characteristics,vocational school students mainly have indirect interests and have the habit of taking notes,previewing before class,and consolidating after class.However,their planning is not strong and they are not proactive in answering questions.The survey results of the current situation of classroom teaching design for "Applied Writing" indicate that there are problems in the current teaching design of "Applied Writing",such as insufficient emphasis on pre-class learning situation analysis,insufficient ability to integrate learning situation in class,and insufficient reflection on post class learning situation diagnosis.Finally,based on the survey of learning situation and the current situation of classroom teaching design for "Applied Writing",with the goal of improving teaching effectiveness,optimization strategies for classroom teaching design for "Applied Writing" in vocational secretaries are proposed based on the analysis of learning situation,including: filling the dimensions of pre class learning situation analysis and reasonably setting teaching objectives;Enhance the ability to integrate emotions in class,optimize the organization of teaching content and the use of teaching media;Emphasize the diagnosis and reflection of learning situation after class,and enrich teaching evaluation methods.Under the guidance of teaching optimization strategies,optimize the classroom teaching design of task three "cover letters" in the "Applied Writing" project to form an example.To provide reference materials for the optimization of classroom teaching of "Applied Writing" in secondary vocational secretary majors,improve teaching effectiveness,promote the improvement of classroom teaching quality,deepen classroom revolution,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education. |
