| With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and modernization process,affected by the development of economic knowledge,economy and globalization,China’s higher education has entered the fast lane,which has attracted great attention of the party,the country and all sectors of society.As the top of national education,higher education is an important part of China’s education constitution,and also an important way to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation One of the paths.As the specific executive unit of higher education,colleges and universities are bound to facevarious challenges,and organizational reform is a necessary process inwhich a complete system can surviveonly through continuous communication withthe outsideworld.As a social organization,it is inevitable for colleges and universities to carry out reform and innovation.Only continuous reform and innovation canadapt to the development trend of contemporary higher education.This research adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire,interview and statistical analysis to study the current situation of office management in Colleges and universities,find out the problems existing in the office management system of colleges and universities through analysis,further improve the construction of administrative management mechanism,clarify the specific post responsibilities,standardize the daily management of the office,and from the perspective of the office director of the secondary college of colleges and universities,This paper analyzes how to improve the professional level of office workers.On the basis of the research content,this paper puts forward two aspects and seven suggestions.At the school level,it thinks that we should: realize the flat management mechanism of the school level-College Office;straighten out the working relationship between the second level college and the school;increase the administrative personnel allocation of the second level college;establish the management concept of "people-oriented".At the level of the second level college,we should further clarify the office functions and responsibilities,standardize the daily management system of the second level college,and develop a long-term incentive mechanism for office staff. |
