| Physical fitness and health status of primary school students have become the focus of national and social attention, among which poor eyesight and declining balance quality are the problems that primary school students need to solve urgently. After integrating the programs to enhance the physical health of primary school students,it is found that physical exercise can promote the development of primary school students’eyesight health and balance quality, while the intermediary role of primary school students’ eyesight in the impact of physical exercise on balance quality has not been thoroughly studied. Therefore, this study aims at promoting the development of primary school students’ visual health and balance quality, selects physical exercise with additional visual tasks as the intervention means, observes the changes of primary school students’ dynamic vision, naked eye vision, static balance and dynamic balance after physical exercise, and explores whether the improvement of primary school students’ vision has an intermediary role in the impact of physical exercise on balance ability, and provides empirical support for improving the physical health level of primary school students. Methods:This study uses the methods of literature, experimental research and mathematical statistics. The fourth grade students of an experimental primary school in Suzhou were selected as the experimental subjects. Two natural classes were randomly selected and divided into physical training group and control group with additional visual tasks.A 16-week physical education intervention experiment was carried out.The standard logarithmic visual acuity table light box, dynamic visual acuity tester, single leg upright test method and Y-Balance balance tester were used to measure the data of the students’ naked visual acuity, dynamic visual acuity, static balance and dynamic balance.Use Excel 2019 for data entry and SPSS25.0 for data statistical analysis.Results:(1)The dynamic vision and naked far vision of the students in the experimental group were significantly improved(p<0.05),while the dynamic vision and naked far vision of the students in the control group were significantly decreased(p<0.05).The improvement effect of dynamic vision and naked vision of the students in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the students in the control group.(2)The static balance(eyes open)and dynamic balance of the students in the experimental group were significantly improved(p<0.05),while the static balance(eyes closed)had no significant difference(p>0.05).The static balance(open eyes)of the students in the control group was significantly improved(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the static balance(closed eyes)and dynamic balance(p>0.05).The improvement of static balance and dynamic balance of the students in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the students in the control group.(3)The dynamic vision of the students in the experimental group was moderately positively correlated with the distant vision of the naked eye, while the dynamic vision was not correlated with the static balance and dynamic balance. There is no correlation between the naked eye far vision and static balance(closed eyes)of the students in the experimental group, but there is a moderate positive correlation between the naked eye far vision and static balance(open eyes)and dynamic balance.(4)There is a partial mediating effect in the effect of physical exercise with additional visual tasks on the static balance ability(eye opening)of the students’ naked far vision; There is a partial mediating effect in the effect of physical exercise with additional visual tasks on the dynamic balance ability of the students’ bare-eye distant vision.Conclusion:(1)Physical exercise with additional visual tasks can improve the dynamic vision and naked distant vision of fourth-grade students.Compared with conventional physical exercise, physical exercise with visual tasks has significantly improved the vision level of fourth-grade students.(2)Physical exercise with additional visual tasks can improve the static and dynamic balance ability of fourth grade students.Compared with conventional physical exercise, physical exercise with visual tasks has a more significant improvement in the balance ability of fourth-grade students.(3)There is a positive correlation between the dynamic vision and the distant vision of the naked eye of the students in the experimental group, but there is no correlation between the dynamic vision and the static balance and dynamic balance. The students in the experimental group had a positive correlation between the naked eye distance vision and the static and dynamic balance.(4)There is a partial mediating effect in the influence of physical exercise with additional visual tasks on the balance ability of fourth-grade students. |
