Mathematical computing ability is one of the core literacy of mathematical disciplines,and the key period for cultivating mathematical computing ability is elementary school.Therefore,training primary school students' mathematical computing ability has gradually become a research hotspot.In recent years,the teaching theory of cultivating primary school students' mathematical operation ability has been continuously improved,but the lack of teaching strategies for integer multiplication ability has made students have obstacles to the study of multi-digit multiplication or division.Based on this,this topic takes "fourth grade primary school students 'integer multiplication ability" and "typical error analysis" as the core issues,and builds integer multiplication ability based on Li Li's study of the development level of elementary mathematics ability and Bigos' SOLO level division.Evaluation tool;statistics and analysis of scores,grades,levels,correlations,gender differences and typical errors related to integer multiplication.The research results show that:(1)Grade 4 students have a medium-to-high integer multiplication operation ability,of which oral and intermediate calculation ability is average,written calculation ability is poor,estimation ability is poor,and problem solving ability is average.(2)Correlation analysis shows that there are significant positive correlations between oral scores and multi-digit by one-digit scores and multi-digit by two-digit scores.(3)Gender difference analysis shows that boys and girls have the skills of oral calculation and written calculation.There is no significant gender difference in ability and ability to solve actual problems,and there is a significant gender difference in estimating ability.(4)In terms of solving practical problems,fourth-year students have the best grasp of comparative problem situations,but have weaker ability to solve estimation problems in practical problems.(5)Based on the analysis of the typical errors of integer multiplication in the fourth grade primary school students,it is concluded that the fourth grade students have a good grasp of the arithmetic and algorithms of integer multiplication,but have a poor grasp of the meaning and application of estimation.Based on the current situation and the analysis of typical errors of the ability of integer multiplication in fourth grade pupils,when teaching integer multiplication arithmetic,teachers can skillfully design the problem situation and link the problem situation with the specific arithmetic of integer multiplication to strengthen Students' understanding of arithmetic;in order to further enhance elementary school students' understanding of estimation,teachers need to improve students' initiative in learning so that students can discover the estimated value in real life and be able to choose appropriate estimation strategies based on specific situations;in addition,teaching In the process,students are required to strictly follow the "digit-aligned" writing format in the process of integer multiplication to cultivate students' good writing habits.
