This article x city love old apartment,for example,by using the theory of maslow's hierarchy theory,social support and advantage perspective theory as the instruction,from the cultural and entertainment needs of old people,emotional needs,social needs,and continue to learn four aspect analyzes the present situation of the elderly spiritual needs,and discusses in detail the elderly spiritual demand state of real life,Faced with such a life state,the elderly lose a lot of confidence.This study tries to participate in the social work of the elderly from the four perspectives of their cultural entertainment needs,social needs,emotional needs and continuing learning needs through four specific measures such as four gradually in-depth group activities.The number of the elderly in China is gradually increasing,and their basic requirements for life are also increasing.However,the physiological needs of the elderly can be met by the general institutions,but the spiritual needs have been ignored,and the elderly are vulnerable groups who cannot express correctly.Team work is a kind of main methods of social work,group work is the main working methods of the social workers and the elderly into the scene,to cooperate with each other together,in team work,all the identity of the person is equal,professional social work major guiding role,through the game,to discuss ways to help team members discover their potential,such as growth and transformation of the group members.Group activities,as a common method of social work,are correctly applied in this study to help the elderly meet their spiritual needs,reduce their feelings of lack of confidence and spiritual emptiness,and improve their sense of existence in society and their ability to think independently and solve practical problems by themselves.
