With the progress of modern economy and medical science and technology,the aging process is speeding up,the average life expectancy of residents continues to increase,the number of elderly population is huge,and the demand for social pension is increasing.The elderly with disability and dementia tendency have higher proportion,professional care needs is urgen t.However,due to the older age,the poor degree of specialization and the high rate of loss,the elderly care team can not meet the social needs in quantity and quality.This not only restricts the development of pension enterprises,but also the urgent livelihood problem of the government.The purpose of this study is to explore ways for social workers to intervene and enhance professional identity so as to improve the quantity and quality of nursing team.Good professional identity,can stimulate work enthusiasm,prompting nursing staff to actively improve the quality of elderly care services,improve the ability to deal with job stress.The lack of professional identity is closely related to job burnout and high turnover intention.Through the intervention of the professional identity of nursing staff,we hope to explore a new way to solve the problem of nursing staff construction.Social workers involved in the use of integrated proj ect design program,through the questionnaire survey before the intervention of the elderly nursing staff identity status and problems,targeted intervention.From the project quality upgrading,interview,relax decompression,love body,identity growth five themes,group work as the main intervention,the first stage to take a fixed member of the group,take second stage unfixed members of the group work,the final second stages after the intervention of the data and compare the data.The intervention takes 15 nursing staff in H nursing home as the object,and adopts the method of comparison,through questionnaire survey and interview method to evaluate the effect before and after social worker intervention.Questionnaire survey showed that after two stages of intervention,the occupational identity scores of nursing staff in H nursing homes increased significantly,the scores of turnover intention and job burnout were reduced.Interview data show that through the increase of rest time,rationalization of wage growth,increase recreational activities and other ways,can improve the professional identity of nursing staff.According to the above research results,the author puts forward the following suggestions on how to improve the professional identity of nursing staff.From the government level,it is necessary to improve the welfare system,establish the salary system corresponding to the professional title system,strengthen the medical and social security mechanism of the nursing staff,and enhance the professional level through the remote periodic education.The social level needs to guide non profit organizations to intervene and strengthen media publicity.Pension institutions need to adopt flexible salary incentive policy,create a good organizational communication atmosphere,implement the combination of medical care,care for nursing staff.Finally,how to improve the social work involved in this group,enhance professional identity,put forward the systematic design,group work as the main way,pay attention to share these three suggestions.
