| In the new era,actively promoting women’s participation in competitive sports is the requirement and expectation of the national sports power.In order to meet the needs of the development of Chinese volleyball cause,to meet the needs of holding national comprehensive games and all kinds of national games at all levels,to build a team of volleyball referees who are "clean and upright,good style of work,skilled in business and able to fight hard" has become the sustenance and hope for the sustainable development of volleyball cause.Sex ratio imbalance volleyball referees team in our country and actual referees send further imbalance of sex ratio at present situation,women’s volleyball team team,good performance,more female volleyball referees less population,contradiction of cutting jobs marginal volleyball talents,is not conducive to give full play to women "half the sky" power,is not conducive to the comprehensive strength of the volleyball.Based on the perspective of gender theory,146 female volleyball referees and 245 male volleyball referees in China were selected as the research objects,and the characteristics of female volleyball referees in China were discussed by using the methods of literature,expert interview,field investigation,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.What are the factors affecting the attitude of female volleyball referees and how to affect female volleyball referees? On this basis,how to reasonably promote the growth of female volleyball referees and pay attention to the social gender value of female volleyball referees.At the same time of promoting the growth of female volleyball referees,improving the overall ability level of volleyball referees,absorbing more women to participate in a certain extent,and providing certain theoretical basis and practical suggestions for the balanced development of male and female volleyball referees.According to the statistical analysis of the investigation results,the following research results are obtained: There is no significant difference in the influence factors of on-the-spot execution effect on female volleyball referees compared with men;Women’s satisfaction degree of job consistency and judgment level is significantly lower than that of men,and their attitude towards the necessity of amateur judgment ability improvement is significantly different from that of men.The degree of gender awareness of women is significantly higher than that of men.There was no significant difference between female volleyball referees and men in terms of the support from colleagues and family,and the frequency of female volleyball referees obtaining superior support and social support was significantly lower than that of male.There was no significant difference in work-family conflict and gain between women and men.Compared with male volleyball referees,the psychological quality,social support,work-family role conflict and gain dimensions of on-the-spot officiating had significant effects on female referees’ attitude.According to the research results,the following conclusions are drawn: personally,the psychological quality of female volleyball referees is similar to that of male;Compared with male volleyball referees,female referees have lower consistency,lower satisfaction degree and less positive attitude towards the necessity of improving amateur referees’ ability.Higher degree of gender awareness.In terms of social support,compared with male volleyball referees,female volleyball referees received less support from superiors.Social support acquisition behavior is less frequent.Female volleyball referees’ satisfaction degree of refereeing and their attitude towards the necessity of improving their refereeing ability in amateur are affected by psychological quality,social support degree,work-family role conflict and gain dimension.According to the research results and conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: female volleyball referees should give full play to their subjective initiative and stimulate their active motivation to participate in the referee work.The colleagues and superiors of volleyball referees should give more support to female referees in all aspects.The volleyball referee management department should strengthen the social gender awareness,and provide sufficient case support and communication opportunities for female referees,as well as ample opportunities for each position. |
