| Objective: This study tried to use taekwondo as the experimental intervention method and basic leg exercises as the experimental intervention content to carry out a12-week exercise intervention for children aged 5-6 years. The changes of various indicators of dynamic balance ability,so as to explore the influence of basic taekwondo leg practice on children’s balance ability, and further provide a theoretical basis for improving the balance ability of children. Methods: This paper uses the method of literature materials, expert interviews, observation, experimental methods and mathematical statistics. In the experimental method,40 children from Shenxian Central Kindergarten in Liaocheng City,Shandong Province are selected as experimental objects, and they are divided into experimental group and control group.20 people in each group, the children in the experimental group were given 12-week basic taekwondo practice intervention,2times a week,45 minutes each time. The control group did not participate in any physical training classes except for normal physical exercise in the school. Before and after the intervention, the two groups of children were measured for standing on one foot with eyes open, standing on one foot with eyes closed, walking on balance beam, and walking in place with eyes closed to reflect the static status of the children.Changes with homeostasis.Mathematical statistics were used to analyze the data through SPSS statistical software, and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the dynamic and static balance ability of children. The data were tested for normality, the independent samples t-test was used to analyze the difference between the experimental group and the control group before the intervention, the independent samples t-test was used to analyze the difference between the experimental group and the control group after the intervention, and finally the paired samples were used to analyze the difference between the experimental group and the control group. The difference between the dynamic and static balance ability of the children before and after the test was analyzed by T test, and the significance level was p < 0.05.Result:(1)In the static balance ability test of the children in the experimental group with eyes open, there was a very significant difference in the post test performance of the left foot support with eyes open compared with that before the experiment(p < 0.01),and there was also a significant difference in the performance of the right foot support with eyes open(p < 0.05).Compared with the results before the experiment, there was a very significant difference in the left foot support index of the experimental group in the static balance ability test with eyes closed(p < 0.01);There was also a very significant difference in the right foot support when standing on one foot with eyes closed(p < 0.01).The scores of the children in the control group on the static balance ability were improved before and after the experiment, but the change was not statistically significant.(2)Compared with the results of pre-test,there was a very significant difference in the index scores of children in the experimental group in the dynamic balance ability of balance beam walking(p < 0.01);There was a significant difference in the test scores of the children in the experimental group before and after the experiment(p < 0.05).The scores of children in the control group in the test indicators of balance beam walking and closed eyes standing still improved slightly, but there was no significant difference(p > 0.05).Conclusion: The practice of basic taekwondo leg method can improve children’s static balance ability. There were significant changes in the indicators of standing on one foot with eyes closed and eyes open, which significantly improved the posture stability and control ability of children with eyes closed and eyes open, and had a positive impact on the improvement of children’s static balance ability.(2)The practice of basic leg techniques of Taekwondo can improve children’s dynamic balance ability. The performance of dynamic balance ability index of children in the experimental group has improved, which is significant in balance beam walking, and the children in the experimental group have significantly improved in the index of closing their eyes and standing still.Taekwondo basic leg practice has a positive impact on the improvement of children’s static balance ability.(3)There was no significant difference in the influence of routine physical activities in kindergartens on the balance ability of children in the control group. |
