Research objective:In this study, win pod balance function testing system was used to test the static balance ability of DCD children, and Y balance tester was used to test the dynamic balance ability of DCD children.A control experiment was conducted to study the effect of short-term Taekwondo intervention training on the dynamic and static balance ability of DCD children.Research methods : A single blind, randomized and controlled trial was conducted.Twenty children who had never received Taekwondo training(including other martial arts similar to Taekwondo)were randomly divided into dcd-tkd experimental group and DCD control group(10 in each experimental group and control group). The experimental group received 4-month Taekwondo training intervention(4 times a week,1 hour each time,1 hour for family Taekwondo training assignment on non training days, parents made records),while the control group did not receive Taekwondo training intervention(no similar sports with Taekwondo during the experiment).Participants with DCD visited the local children's assessment center(CAC),hospital, and home. The exclusion criteria were:(1)formal diagnosis of emotional, neurological,or other motor disorders;(2)a significant congenital, musculoskeletal,or cardiopulmonary disease that may affect balance performance;(3)being trained in physical or occupational therapy;(4)exhibiting excessive destructive behavior;and(5)being unable to comply with instructions. The static balance ability of DCD children was tested with win pod balance function test system. The test indexes included length of center of gravity sway track, area,AVG.V,X speed,y speed,X Dev and Y dev.Y balance tester was used to test the dynamic balance ability of DCD children. The test indexes include: the test values of the middle, upper and lower sides of the upper limbs = the pushing distance of the middle, upper and lower sides of the upper limbs / the length of the upper limbs;the comprehensive value of the upper limbs =(middle + upper and lower sides + lower and outer sides)/ the length of the upper limbs;the test values of the front, rear and outer sides of the lower limbs = the front, rear and inner sides of the lower limbs Push distance / length of lower limbs at posterolateral side;comprehensive value of lower limbs =(front + posteromedial + posterolateral)/ length of lower limbs. The data were analyzed by Office 2007 and SPSS 20.0.The experimental data are expressed in the form of mean ± standard deviation(x ± s).The data are analyzed and compared by independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test.The ? level is set to 0.05.Research findings:(1)Static balance ability: under the condition of bipedal open eyes, the difference between the length and AVG.V of the center of gravity sway track of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);before and after the TKD training intervention test,DCD personnel in the experimental group had the length, area, and the length of the center of gravity sway track The differences of AVG.V,X speed and Y speed were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Under the condition of closed eyes, the difference between the length and AVG.V of the center of gravity sway track was statistically significant(P < 0.05);before and after the TKD training intervention test, the length, area and AVG of the center of gravity sway track of DCD personnel in the experimental group were significantly different There were significant differences between before and after.V,x-speed,y-speed,x-dev and y-dev(P < 0.05).Under the condition of left foot open eyes, the difference between the length and avg.v of the static balance ability of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);before and after the TKD training intervention test,DCD personnel in the experimental group had the length, area and AVG of the center of gravity There was significant difference between before and after V,x-speed and y-speed(P < 0.05).Under the condition of right foot open eyes, the differences of length,AVG.V and y-speed of the static balance between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05);before and after TKD training intervention test, the length and area of the center of gravity of DCD staff in the experimental group were significantly different There were significant differences before and after AVG.V,X speed,y speed,X Dev and Y dev(P < 0.05).Under the condition of left foot closed eyes, the difference between the length and AVG.V of the center of gravity sway track was statistically significant(P < 0.05);before and after the TKD training intervention test, the length,AVG.V and X-axis sway speed of DCD personnel in the experimental group were statistically significant(P < 0.05)The difference between X speed and Y speed was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Under the condition of right foot closed eyes,DCD personnel in the two groups were intervened by TKD training and did not receive TKD training respectively.Among the test indexes of static balance ability between the two groups, the difference between the length and avg.v of the center of gravity swing track was statistically significant(P < 0.05);before and after TKD training intervention test,DCD personnel in the experimental group had the center of gravity swing track The differences of length, area,AVG.V,X speed,y speed,X Dev and Y dev were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Dynamic balance ability: after TKD training intervention and no TKD training intervention,DCD personnel in the two groups had statistical significance(P < 0.05)in the test indexes of dynamic balance ability between the two groups, including left middle side, left lower lateral, left upper lateral and comprehensive value;DCD personnel in the experimental group before and after TKD training intervention test, left middle side The difference of left lower lateral, left upper lateral and comprehensive value was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Under the condition of right hand support,DCD personnel in the two groups were intervened in TKD training and did not carry out TKD training respectively.Among the test indexes of dynamic balance ability between the two groups, the difference between right middle side, right lower lateral, right upper lateral and comprehensive value was statistically significant(P < 0.05);before and after TKD training intervention test,DCD personnel in the experimental group were right middle side, right lower lateral and right upper lateral The difference between before and after the comprehensive value was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Under the condition of left foot support,DCD personnel in the two groups were intervened in TKD training and did not carry out TKD training respectively.Among the test indexes of dynamic balance ability between the two groups, the difference between the left front side, the left rear inner side and the comprehensive value was statistically significant(P < 0.05);DCD personnel in the experimental group and DCD personnel in the control group were compared in the dynamic balance ability before and after the test,The t-test analysis of paired samples showed that the difference of left front side, left rear inner side, left rear outer side and comprehensive value of DCD personnel in the experimental group before and after TKD training intervention test was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Under the condition of right foot support,DCD personnel in the two groups had statistical significance in the test indexes of dynamic balance ability between the two groups(P < 0.05).Before and after TKD training intervention,DCD personnel in the experimental group had right front side, right rear inner side, right rear outer side and comprehensive value(P < 0.05)The difference between before and after the comprehensive value was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Research conclusions:1.Short term Taekwondo intervention training can improve the static balance ability of DCD children to a certain extent.2.Short term Taekwondo intervention training can improve the dynamic balance ability of DCD children to a certain extent.
