Objective: This paper aims to test the static balance ability and dynamic balance ability of preschool normal children and obese children after 18 weeks of Taekwondo training. The static balance and dynamic balance of the subjects were collected, and the characteristics of the static balance ability and the dynamic balance ability were studied,The effect of Taekwondo training on the balance ability of school age children was discussed in 18 weeks, which provided basic theory and experimental basis for improving the balance ability of school children. Methods: This research through the questionnaire survey and selection of school-age children in Taekwondo training children questionnaire respectively in different subjects. Finishing questionnaires, finally elected in accordance with the standards of the school-age children 30, 30 children participate in Taekwondo training. The selection of Soochow University Oriental Taekwondo Hall 15 school-age obese children and 15 normal children as the experimental group from Pingjiang experimental primary school, 30 without Taekwondo and other martial arts Sanda exercise of children(including 15 obese children) as control group, and the subjects were consistent with congenital deformity without lower limb; without lower limb or foot posture abnormalities may affect systemic disease; the lower extremity. No traumatic foot pain and other symptoms; the selection of school-age obese children with < China school-age children and adolescents are overweight, obesity screening refers to the static balance weight by numerical classification criteria. The experiment Test instruments for win-pod balance function of French production detection system of static balance ability of different patterns of 60 subjects tested, collected and experimental parameters, it can be divided into two categories, one is to reflect the degree of postural sway(such as postural sway trajectory, peripheral area, the average amplitude of X axis Y, average axis swing); the other is to reflect the micro control ability index of postural sway.(such as L/A, X axis Y axis shake shake speed, speed). The dynamic balance testing instrument for homemade "Star" test zone. Collect parameters for the lower limb of the human body in a "Star" in the process of testing before, after, according to the order after stretching distance. And the experimental group and control group data using multivariate analysis of variance of repeated measurement analysis.Results:(1)The training group and the control group in the open mode of double foot static balance test the training group in obese children in the 18 weeks before and after the training of postural sway trajectory long, gravity average shake speed, there was significant difference between Y axis average swing index(p<0.05);(2)In the training group in normal children before and after 18 weeks of training in heavy heart Shake the track length, the average center of gravity moved differences between speed index was statistically significant(p<0.05), in the training group in obese children at 18 weeks of training before and after the peripheral area, X axis average pendulum difference between amplitude index was statistically significant(p<0.05);(3) After 18 weeks of training center average shake speed, X axis Y axis shake shake speed, speed, there was significant difference between Y axis average swing index(p<0.05). By reflecting the balance ability training of school-age children obesity index is different, in the eyes of left foot standing mode training group in obese children before and after 18 weeks of training the X axis Y axis shake shake speed, speed difference between the indexes had statistical significance(p<0.05), in the eyes of right foot standing mode training group of obese children before and after 18 weeks of training center average shake speed, X axis shaking speed, there was significant difference between Y axis shaking speed index(p<0.05) can be obtained in closed mode. The single foot stand experiment: standing in the eyes of normal children left foot model training group before and after 18 weeks of training of postural sway trajectory long peripheral area, the L/A value, the average speed of the center of gravity shake, shake speed of X axis Of the Y axis X axis shaking speed, average amplitude, there was significant difference between Y axis average swing index(p<0.05)in the right foot standing with eyes closed in normal children model training group before and after 18 weeks of training of postural sway track long, peripheral area, L/A value, the average speed of X axis of gravity shake, shake the speed of the Y axis, X axis shaking speed, average amplitude, there was significant difference between Y axis average swing index(p<0.05). According to the test results of single foot balance 18 week Taekwondo training in obese children closed mode: standing in the eyes of left foot in obese children model training group before and after 18 weeks of training postural sway trajectory, peripheral area, L/A value, the average speed of X axis of gravity shake, shake speed, Y axis shaking speed, there was significant difference between Y axis average swing index(p<0.05), standing in obese children model training group training in 18 weeks in the eyes of right foot Before and after the peripheral area, L / a value weight average shake speed, the X axis shake speed, Y axis shake speed, Y axis average pendulum difference between amplitude index was statistically significant(p<0.05);(4) of subjects dynamic balance experiment can be seen from the: in the training group in normal children and obese children at 18 weeks of training before and after the left foot before the value, left foot after the value of, left foot after external value, right foot before the value, right after the full value, right foot after value differences between index was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions:(1)After 18 weeks after Taekwondo training normal school-age children and obese children in the eyes open mode of bipedal standing balance ability is improved;(2)18 week Taekwondo training in normal children eyes ability to balance the influence extent is obesity influence children’s big, of two groups of different subjects is almost the same degree of improvement in closing eyes balance ability;(3) 18 week Taekwondo can improve the ability of dynamic balance of the normal school-age children and obese children.
