| Balance ability is the foundation of People’s daily life and sports,whichplays an important role in people’s development and life.Balance ability develop from infancy to the peak in adult life and then gradually declines in old age.Early childhood is a critical period for the development of children’s balance ability.Scientific and effective cultivation of children’s balance ability in this period can promote the better development of children’s balance ability and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of their lifelong balance ability.This paper takes the status quo of kindergarten children’s balance ability training in the kindergarten of Leshan City as the research object,and uses the test method,literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field observation method,case analysis method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to the middle school of Leshan City.The dynamic and static balance ability of 318 small,medium and large-sized children in 16 kindergartens was tested,and the status quo of balance ability training was investigated.The results show:(1)With the increase of age,the dynamic and static balance ability of young children gradually increases,and there are very significant differences,but there is no significant difference in gender.(2)Most directors,teachers,and parents believe that children’s ability to balance is very important.Parents hope to improve their children’s balance through home cooperation.Most kindergarten sports are organized in a variety of forms,and they are offered in separate courses and integrated into other courses.Cultivate children’s balance ability;the teaching goal of children’s balance ability training is clear,the teaching method is mainly based on game method and scenario teaching method;the variety of equipment for kindergarten children’s balance ability is rich.(3)The existing problems are as follows: 1.Most kindergarten sports full-time staff are lacking and teachers lack physical training;2.Teachers and parents have low awareness of the concept of children’s balance ability;3.The content of balanced activities is targeted.Not strong,lack of diversity,teachers lack of creation of balanced games,less time for teaching activities,some kindergartens do not assess the balance of children,so that teachers can not scientifically judge the balance of children;4.Balance equipment failure to get reasonable and effective use.Make the following recomm endations for the main problems that exist:1.Introduce full-time sports personnel to improve the professional level of the teaching staff;2.Expand the content of teacher training and improve the quality of teachers’ sports;3.Optimize teaching content and enhance its pertinence and diversity;4.Create balance games to enrich the diversity of balanced training;5.Improve the utilization rate of balance equipment and enhance the rationality of equipment use. |
