| With the rapid development of science and technology,emerging technologies represented by cloud computing and big data are constantly applied in the field of education,which also makes the traditional teaching methods and means reflect a new trend.Behind this series of changes,higher requirements are put forward for teachers’ information literacy.Therefore,Shanghai Municipal Education Commission released the Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan(2018-2022)in September2018.The plan takes 2018-2022 as the construction cycle and aims to promote the school informatization construction and the improvement of information literacy of teachers and students.Under the strategic background of "healthy China" and "sports and education integration",the status of PHYSICAL education is becoming more and more important.In the age of education informatization 2.0,physical education teachers,as the leader of the curriculum,should also constantly improve the level of information literacy,speed up the role transformation,so as to adapt to the challenges brought by education informatization and improve the quality of teaching.However,the current research on physical education teachers’ information literacy is mainly focused on the level of colleges and universities,taking physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools as the investigation object,and there are few researches on the status quo and influencing factors of their information literacy.Therefore,this study will take education informatization 2.0 as the research background,explore the status quo and influencing factors of information literacy of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,and then put forward suggestions for the improvement of information literacy of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools.Based on the evaluation index of teachers’ information literacy designed by relevant scholars,this study compiled a questionnaire of information literacy for PE teachers in primary and secondary schools.Through questionnaire investigation,interview method,mathematical analysis and other research methods,the school physical education teachers as the object of investigation as part of yangpu district,investigating the present situation of information literacy and the influencing factors,2.0 aims to understand the education informatization under the background of the present situation of the PE teachers’ information literacy and reasons,put forward Suggestions,this article research conclusion is as follows:(1)In the dimension of information awareness,the vast majority of primary and secondary school PE teachers have a high degree of recognition of the value of information technology,the overall strong will to information,and the awareness of identifying the truth and falsity of information is also positive;However,the information update and innovation consciousness were at a general level,and the mean score was relatively backward in the five questions.(2)In the dimension of information knowledge,PE teachers have a good grasp of basic information knowledge,but their understanding of information technology knowledge is at a shallow level.For example,in terms of software,the number of people who have mastered the basic operation knowledge of office software is the largest,but when it comes to sports specialized software or teaching resource processing software,the number of people who have mastered the software is obviously decreased.In terms of hardware,the number of people who have mastered the operation knowledge of basic equipment such as "Little Bee" stopwatch is relatively large,while the number of people who have mastered the operation knowledge of intelligent sports equipment is less than 30%.(3)In the dimension of information application,PE teachers have strong ability to communicate and cooperate with others,but their information retrieval ability is not so good.The methods of learning information collection and analysis are traditional,mainly by "oral inquiry" and "eye observation".Teaching optimization innovation level is weak,such as the use of equipment generally exist in a certain formalism and low level phenomenon;The processing and integration ability of teaching resources is low,and the mean value of this item is close to failing level.(4)In terms of information ethics and safety,PE teachers perform well in information ethics and morality.Most PE teachers say that they will not spread false dangerous information and can indicate the source when quoting others’ articles.In terms of information security,physical education teachers’ ability to protect information privacy and prevent computer viruses is at a good level,but some physical education teachers are limited in identifying fraudulent information,and their identification ability still needs to be improved.(5)In combination with differences analysis and interviews,this study finds that the reasons for the above information literacy problems can be attributed to three levels: education departments,schools and teachers themselves.For example,at the level of education department,the construction of physical education curriculum resource platform is insufficient,and the relevant documents and policies lack pertinence;At the school level,the school facilities are backward,the school leaders do not pay enough attention to the information construction of physical education,the training content is lack of subject pertinence,the workload is large,physical education teachers tend to have a sense of professional slack;At the level of teachers themselves,teachers’ information technology knowledge and application level are limited and age factors affect them. |
