With the historic opportunity of educational informatization,the information-based leadership of principals in primary and secondary schools has gradually become a hot topic in education departments and educational circles around the world.At the turn of the new century,the governments at home and abroad have issued relevant policy documents one after another and incorporated them into the blueprint of the future development of educational informatization in China.Abroad,in 2015,the U.S.department of education issued the national education technology program 2016(NETP2016),reimagining the role of technology in education and learning for the future.Compared with foreign researches,domestic researches on informationized leadership of primary and secondary school principals started relatively late.On the official level,standards for informationized leadership of primary and secondary school principals(trial)was issued in 2014.In 2018,the action plan on education informatization 2.0 was issued,which clearly pointed out that education informatization has entered the 2.0 era.In 2019,China's education modernization 2035 was newly promulgated,which posed new challenges to the informationized leadership of primary and secondary school principals and put forward requirements for accelerating the educational reform in the information age.In these domestic and foreign policy texts,two key points are emphasized.First,domestic education needs to keep pace with the tide of informatization and fully integrate information technology into the field of education,so as to promote the modernization of domestic education.The other is to emphasize the principal's leading role in the development of the school.It is hoped that the informatization leadership level of principals can be improved to promote the informatization construction of schools.Therefore,the discussion on the current situation,problems,causes and improvement measures of informatization leadership of principals in primary and secondary schools in China in the era of education informatization 2.0 not only conforms to the trend of The Times but also grasps the main body of research,which is equivalent to grasping the key to the research of education informatization and providing valuable theoretical reference for the development of education informatization in China.Based on literature review and reference at home and abroad,on the basis of existing theory,this study based on the action plan for education informationization 2.0 poring over the policy text,based on this background,combining the center.the 135 primary and secondary school principals in a survey,from five dimensions,respectively,of the informatization of schoolmasters center.the leadership of the current situation,problems,causes and improving measures are explored.These five dimensions are: information cognitive ability,information integration ability,information management ability,information evaluation ability and information innovation ability.There are two main research questions: first,what problems and their causes exist in the development of information-based leadership of principals in primary and secondary schools in southern henan? Second,how to improve and enhance the informatization leadership of principals of primary and secondary schools in south henan in the era of education informatization 2.0?On the basis of questionnaire collection and sorting,SPSS21.0 software was used to analyze the obtained effective questionnaire results.We can know that there are five main problems existing in the informationized leadership of primary and secondary school principals in south henan: the principal's personal background has a direct impact on his informationized leadership;The information-based leadership level of primary and middle schools in southern henan is not balanced.Low participation rate of principals;The level of information-based leadership of principals in primary and secondary schools in southern henan is low;Principals in southern henan have insufficient understanding of education informatization 2.0.According to these five problems,put forward targeted improvement measures,respectively: comprehensively enhance technical literacy,improve the cognitive ability of information;Construct information guarantee mechanism and enhance the ability of information integration;Optimize the school internal system,strengthen the ability of information management;To formulate technical evaluation standards and cultivate informatization evaluation ability;Combining with the requirements of "new era",give play to the ability of informatization innovation;Optimize school external environment,policy and finance drive double.In this study,135 principals of primary and secondary schools in southern henan were surveyed with the help of principal training class.Through the sorting and analysis of the questionnaires,the information-based leadership of principals of primary and secondary schools in this region was preliminarily explored and reflected,hoping to provide some theoretical and practical references.
