| Tai Chi is the essence of Chinese traditional culture.Practicing Tai Chi and understanding Tai Chi culture will not only help young people inherit and develop Chinese culture,but also promote their physical and mental health during the practice.However,due to the characteristics of Tai Chi and the public’s cognition of Tai Chi,Tai Chi has been neglected in physical education courses in primary and secondary schools.Therefore,the main purpose of this study is to optimize the teaching of Tai Chi to make it suitable for teenagers.The characteristics of physical and mental development so that it can be better promoted.In addition,this study will compare the effects of Tai Chi practice in different teaching modes on the physical and mental health and sports interest of high school girls,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for Tai Chi curriculum optimization.Method:In this study,the methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires and experiments were used to explore the effects of optimized Tai Chi teaching on the physical and mental health and sports interest of high school girls.In this study,two classes of the first grade of a high school in Songjiang District were selected,which were the experimental group(21 students)and the control group(21 students).The subjects in the two groups received 16 weeks of 24-style Tai Chi optimization teaching and traditional teaching respectively..The intervention is carried out once a week for 80 minutes each time.The students’ physical health status,mental health status,sleep status and sports enjoyment are evaluated before and after the intervention.Finally,the students’ Tai Chi demonstrations will be scored.Results:After 16 weeks of Tai Chi teaching,the Tai Chi performance score of the optimized teaching group was 7.57±0.14,which was higher than that of the traditional teaching group of 7.29 ± 0.18(p<0.01).After 16 weeks of Tai Chi optimization teaching,the sports fun of high school girls was significantly increased(p=0.04).Through two-way ANOVA,it was found that there was a time*between-group effect between the two groups(p<0.01),which indicated that the experimental group Taiji The improvement effect of boxing optimization teaching on the sports fun of high school girls is better than the traditional teaching mode.Both tai chi teaching modes help improve the time students can stand on one foot with their eyes closed.However,the level of standing long jump,sit-ups and 50-meter running in the Tai Chi optimized teaching group has been significantly improved.In addition,the two teaching modes of Tai Chi have obvious effects on improving depressive symptoms,and optimizing the teaching mode can also help to improve the score of interpersonal symptoms.The two teaching modes helped to improve the sleep quality of high school girls(p=0.03,p=0.04),while the scores of sleep efficiency and sleep disturbance in the optimized teaching group also decreased significantly(p=0.04,p=0.02)Conclusion:Based on the core literacy and interest of physical education,the Tai Chi optimization teaching mode optimizes the teaching guiding ideology,teaching methods and teaching content,which can effectively improve students’ sports fun and improve learning efficiency.Students’ physical and mental health also has certain advantages.In the future,more research is needed to optimize the Tai Chi teaching mode,so as to better promote Tai Chi in the physical education courses of primary and secondary schools,so that more primary and secondary school students can obtain the benefits of promoting physical and mental health brought by practicing Tai Chi. |
