Drug abuse has become a very sensitive public health and social issue and has been classified as a public hazard in the world. It has been studied that there is a close relationship between physical exercise and psychological and physical health, and physical exercise is positive for the improvement of mental and physical health. In view of this, this article uses sports intervention as a means to select80 male heroin compulsory quarantine detoxification personnel in a compulsory quarantine detoxification center in Shanxi as the experimental object, and select Taijiquan exercise for 5-month exercise intervention for quit drug users. Before and after the experiment, the self-edited demographic sociological questionnaire of compulsory detoxification personnel and SCL-90,SAS,SDS,as well as PQSI and sports bracelet were used to test it.Research indicates:1.The total scores of SCL-90,scores of various factors,SDS and SAS scores of heroin addicts before exercise intervention were significantly different from those of domestic norms p <0.001).2.The factors that affect the mental health of male compulsory drug users include age, marriage, occupation, drug use time, number of drug addictions, drug use methods and exercise habits.3.Mental states such as anxiety and depression are inseparable from the exercise habits of male heroin addicts, and have predictive effects on mental health. And the improvement of mental health can be achieved by adjusting "exercise habits".4.Analysis of the pre-test data found that the total score of PQSI was related to age, occupation, marriage, number of detoxification, and exercise habits p <0.05).Among them,it was found that the total score of PQSI was positively correlated with age;male heroin dependents who were married,His total PQSI score is higher;the more times he detoxifies, the lower thetotal PQSI score, and the lower the total PQSI score for male heroin addicts who have exercise habits and frequent exercise.5.In this study, after conducting the Taijiquan exercise intervention for 5months,the statistics of the pre-and post-test data of the intervention group and the control group were found to show that the sleep quality of male heroin addicts in the intervention group was significantly better than the control group. The quality of sleep in this group improved significantly. There were significant differences in sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep medication, daytime function, and total sleep score between the intervention groups(p <0.05).Total sleep scores were between and within groups. All had very significant differences(p <0.01).Except for sleep disorders, the other six factors and total sleep scores showed significant differences within the group p <0.05).After five months of Taijiquan exercise intervention, the total sleep score factor in the intervention group decreased from 12.69 to 8.90 in the post-test,a total decrease of 3.79,while the control group rose from 11.60 to 12.47 in the baseline,an increase of0.87.;The sleep quality of the intervention group decreased from 1.86 in the initial test to 1.56 in the post test, and decreased by 0.32,while the control group rose from 1.72 at baseline to 1.78 in the post test, and increased by0.06 on the contrary, which indicates that five months of Taijiquan exercise can be improved The sleep quality of male heroin addicts is shown in three aspects: improved difficulty in falling asleep, prolonged sleep time, and improved sleep efficiency.6.Taijiquan intervention in the sleep quality of male heroin addicts. After intervention, the intervention group and the control group showed the following characteristics in the sleep structure: after the experiment, the intervention group and the control group were in the sleep incubation period, light sleep period, and deep sleep period. There are very significant differences in the four dimensions, such as total sleep time, indicating that the intervention group has a better effect on interfering with sleep quality than the control group. The experiment has achieved the expected effect of theintervention, but there is no significant difference in the number of wakefulness. The specific manifestations were shortened light sleep periods, deep sleep periods, and prolonged total sleep duration, indicating that the intervention group had higher sleep quality.
