| In recent years,the country has paid more and more attention to the development of vocational education.Since 2021,the general vocational ratio has reached 1:1,and the number of secondary vocational students has been increasing.However,there are still many problems in the current vocational education.The moral quality of secondary vocational students has not been improved with the development of vocational education.In the daily education management,many students show bad behavior habits,these bad behavior habits will bring certain harm to themselves,family,classmates,school and society to some extent,and will affect their future development.Therefore,how to correct the bad behavior habits of secondary vocational students and improve the quality of secondary vocational students in an all-round way has important and far-reaching significance.Throughout the study of "bad behavior habits",it can be found that most scholars focus on the study of the bad behavior habits of children,primary school students and ordinary middle school students,only a few scholars focus on the secondary vocational students,most of them adopt quantitative research methods,through questionnaire survey,scale and other data analysis,to explore the performance and reasons of students’ bad behavior habits.Many scholars will classify "bad behavior habits" according to the classification criteria of "manifestation form of bad behavior" and "tendency of bad behavior".Researchers use qualitative research methods to enter the actual classroom and office through observation,observe the daily interaction and behavior between teachers and students,pay attention to the bad behavior and habits of students,communicate with students orally,understand their inner world and external performance,at the same time,the researcher drew up the relevant interview outline.This paper explores the problem of "bad behavior habits of secondary vocational students" through interviews with school educators,and analyzes and constructs the interview results.This paper summarizes the current situation of the bad behavior habits of secondary vocational students,discusses the causes of the formation of the bad behavior habits of secondary vocational students,and studies the countermeasures to correct the bad behavior habits of secondary vocational students.The researchers concluded that there are three types of bad behavior habits of secondary vocational students: bad behavior habits in classroom learning,bad behavior habits in daily life and bad behavior habits in interpersonal communication.Through interviews with teachers,observation of students and communication with parents,it is made clear that there are many factors leading to students’ bad behavior habits,including student factors,family factors,school factors and social factors.To prevent and correct the bad behavior habits of secondary vocational students can be carried out from four aspects: strengthening student education,improving school management,attaching importance to home-school co-education and winning social support. |
