The development of vocational education, is to accelerate thedevelopment of talent resources, the important measures to promoteemployment and reemployment, is to improve the national quality andbuild a harmonious society and bean important way to enhancecomprehensive strength, and implement the party’s education policy, torealize comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development educationcareer. But due to the restriction of the industry recruitment requirementsand social inequalities understanding of secondary vocational education,make the secondary vocational school students’ quality good and badintermingled, the secondary vocational student’s there bad habits, thesecondary vocational students’ behavior are not only affect the schooldaily management, stability and development of the society, moreimportantly affect the students’ personal development in the future.How to help students get rid of their bad habits became animportant responsibility of social, school, family and school education ofnurturance and regulate the behavior of students has become a majorstage of education and school education class meeting are the means bywhich the method is one of the most direct, most effective way.This study aims to understand survival in technical secondary school inbad behavior habits and bad habits cause, on the basis of mainly adoptsaction research method, investigation method and case study method toexplore through secondary vocational schools held a variety of classmeetings improvement method of the secondary vocational students’ badbehavior habit, targeted for the future of secondary vocational educationand training provided reference and reference.In this study the service management of baotou vocational school class of2011young art class, for example, through the questionnairesurvey of students, found and analyzed the secondary vocational students’problems in daily behavior habits nowadays, find the cause of students’bad behavior habits. On this basis, combining with the author’s teachingand managements experiences as a teacher for many years, formulatetargeted class meeting activity according to different stages students’outstanding problems, improve the secondary vocational students’ dailybehavior habits by conducting class meeting of education and guidence.Students’ habits of course,are not formed by once a day, it is impossibleto thoroughly improve them by a class meeting, and this needscomparison, review, summarize and reflect according to the students statein the class meeting held before and after, and proposed the next step planof action, and then review, summarize and reflect on, gradually achievethe goal of improving students’ daily behavior habits step by step. After asemester of study and observation, the results show that designreasonable and effective class meeting can effectively improve secondaryvocational students’ behavior. Although this study has obtained certainachievements, but there are also some problems, these problems furthersolved also need teacher’s individual ability, and the joint efforts ofsociety, family, school, etc. Through the class meeting to improve thesecondary vocational student’s behavior strategies and measures stillneeds to be further discussed.
