China has always attached great importance to vocational education.The impacts of employers and general mood of society, different qualitiesof secondary vocational school students, and serious misbehaviour ofstudent, if we do not help the students improve in time, it will not onlyaffect the future of the students, but also affect the stability anddevelopment of society.In the growth process of vocational students, by the combinedeffects of the society, school and family, school education is the key offormation of vocational students behavior habits, and the class teacherplays an important role in guiding the behavior of the secondaryvocational students.The purpose of this study is to find the method to improve the behaviorof the vocational students, by document, survey, case studies and actionresearch, on the basis of the understanding of misbehavior and itsreasons.In this study, it takes the2011session of the vocational school to ofBaotou service management accounting classes for example, starts from teaching practice, conducts a students questionnaire survey and analys theproblems existing vocational school students Daily behavior based on thehigh school students daily Code of Conduct (Amendment),the problemsmainly include bad study habit, unhealthy lifestyle habits, and a lack ofawareness about Social Morality and so on,which further explores thecauses of bad habits of the students from both external and internalfactors.On this basis, teacher working strategies to improve the bad habitswere proposed through reading literature, combining with the author’steaching experience as follows:1, Establish an effective classmanagement system to exert students’ management role; strengthen themoral education management and standardize the behavior;3,individualize each student to transform"problem students";4, strengthencommunication with parents to achieve common education;5, set anexample for others,and pay attention to their own self-cultivation onseveral aspects. According to the strategy implementation intervention,the results show that class master work can effectively improve the studyhabits of vocational students and boost their grades after a semester ofstudy and observation, play an important role in improving the habits ofvocational students and improve students’ awareness of social ethics.Although this study has made certain achievements, there are also someproblems, In order to further solve these problems,it need to improvemaster teacher personal capacity as well as joint efforts coming from social, family, school, and other aspects.The strategies andimplementation measures that vocational students behavior can improvethrough the classmaster work still need to be further explored.
