With the continuous improvement of the overall national strength,the vacancy of high-quality skilled talents has become increasingly prominent.Secondary vocational education shoulders the responsibility of cultivating high-quality skilled talents.Among many factors that affect the quality of secondary vocational education,problem behavior is an important influence factor.Based on the research perspective of education management,the research selects students of different grades in Yantai J School as the research object,and adopts observation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case analysis method to investigate the current situation and cause analysis of the problem behaviors of secondary vocational students,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.The research has formed the following findings: First,there are problem behaviors among secondary vocational students,of which the highest self-identity problem detection rate;Second,there are problem behaviors among secondary vocational students of different grades and genders.The difference is that the detection rate of all kinds of problem behaviors in the first grade is higher than that in the second and third grades.There are significant differences between male and female students in disciplinary and aggressive behaviors,love and sexual problems,and thinking problems.Third,gender,grades,and problem behaviors.There is a negative correlation.The seven dimensions of problem behavior have significant positive correlations with the problem behavior,and there is a significant positive correlation between the seven dimensions,that is,the problem behavior usually involves multiple dimensions of the problem;the fourth The problem behavior of secondary vocational students is related to their family education.Judging from the cause analysis,the problem behaviors of secondary vocational students are attributed to students,school education,family education,and social environment.Students are adolescents with limited self-control and lack of awareness of rules;lack of family education,poor communication between parents and children,improper parenting styles;lack of school education,and inadequate teacher planning guidelines;society is full of bad temptations,and it is not enough for young people’s psychological problems Value.Based on the survey results,the study proposes corresponding countermeasures: First,students strengthen self-development and establish correct values.The second is to strengthen family support,co-education between home and school to form a joint force.The third is to improve school support and cultivate good behaviors among secondary vocational students.Teachers should set an example,and schools should make overall plans.Fourth,strengthen social support and escort secondary vocational education.
