In recent years,with the continuous development and improvement of China’s market economy,many problems have emerged in some industries.Taking the development of the banking industry as an example,the development of the entire industry is mainly faced with three dilemmas: first,the dilemma of increasing competition pressure among peers brought by economic development;Second,with the economic development brought about the financial supervision strength of the dilemma;Third,the dilemma of industry model reform brought by the new trend of Internet economic development.The current difficulties faced by the development of banks directly change into the problem of increasing pressure on bank employees.Although it is often said that work pressure is a double-edged sword,too much work pressure may eventually lead to the resignation of employees,thus bringing greater losses to the operation of banks.Therefore,how to deal with the excessive pressure of employees in a timely manner becomes a top priority when the banking industry is facing transformation.This paper conducts in-depth investigation and research in D Branch of Z Bank,and has a basic understanding of the working and living conditions of grass-roots bank employees through questionnaires and field interviews.In order to intervene through the method of individual case social work,improve the work pressure of grass-roots bank employees,so as to improve the job satisfaction of grass-roots bank employees,and finally promote the sustainable development of the banking industry in the transition period.The case social work intervention of employees’ work pressure in D Branch of Z Bank is divided into three parts.The first part is the elaboration of the theory of work pressure.The analysis of work stress is mainly carried out from two aspects: the source of work stress and the reaction to work stress.The second part is the data collection of the specific situation of employees in D Branch of Z Bank.According to the actual situation of employees in BRANCH D of Z Bank selected in the empirical case of this study,a stress questionnaire was designed to investigate the source of work stress through 31 questions and the response to work stress through 10 questions.Then,questionnaires were sent to all employees of D Branch of Z Bank to collect stress-related data.The differences of different types of employees in work stressors were studied through variance analysis,and the effects of different dimensions of work stressors on work stress response were studied through multiple regression analysis.The third part is the individual social work intervention of the employees of D Branch of Z Bank.According to the data analysis,the intervention service object of the case was selected,and the intervention service plan of the social work case was made.The intervention plan was divided into 4 stages and carried out for 7 times,so as to change the status quo of the overburdened work pressure of the case owner and improve the work pressure relief ability of the case owner,so as to relieve the overburdened work pressure of the case owner.This study has both theoretical and practical significance to solve the problem of bank employees’ work pressure.Its theoretical significance is reflected in the financial industry management to provide a theoretical basis for social work;Its practical significance is reflected in that it provides a new field of practice for social work methods to intervene in the financial industry and broadens the scope of application of social work methods.
