Research On The Development Of Rural Vocational Education In Dalad Banner Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

For a long time,with the acceleration of urbanization,a large number of rural talent immigrant into the city,rural areas are seriously hollowing out,who will farm?The problem of how to plant well is particularly urgent.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the strategy of rural revitalization.Only by cultivating a group of rural talents who understand agriculture,love the countryside and love farmers can we activate the inner vitality of rural development.The rural vocational education have a unique advantage.Based on the relationship between vocational education in agricultural and pastoral areas and the revitalization of rural areas,this paper expounds how Dalad Banner should seize the opportunity to develop vocational education in agricultural and pastoral areas.The author investigated the 10th Middle School in Dalad Banner and the Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Bureau in Dalad Banner,interviewed the staff of the 10th Middle School in Dalad Banner and the Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Bureau in Dalad Banner.From the surveys and interviews,we understand the problems existing in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Dalad Banner,mainly including the lack of government funding,vocational education funds from a single source,low agricultural and pastoral vocational education attractiveness,little recognition from the farmers,employment channels are blocked,lack of the use of new technologies.All these problems have seriously hindered the development of agricultural and pastoral vocational education in Dalad Banner,and need to be solved by targeted measures.On this basis,the successful models of rural vocational education in Germany,France,America and Australia are compared and analyzed,and the enlightenment to the development of agricultural and pastoral vocational education in Dalad Banner is analyzed.Finally,drawing on the successful experience of rural vocational education in foreign countries,combining with the lack of professional development in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Dalad Banner,from the aspects of policy support,propaganda and guidance,system construction and employment policy,this paper puts forward some countermeasures suitable for the vocational education development of agricultural and pastoral areas in Dalad Banner.Hopefully this paper will help the rural revitalization of Dalad Banner.
