In recent years,with the development of social economy,more and more young parents urgently need scientific and convenient professional childcare services to alleviate the pressure of family childcare.However,at present,the development of childcare industry in China lags behind and the contradiction between supply and demand is serious.At the same time,in order to liberate women’s productivity and improve their willingness to give birth,the state has included encouraging and supporting the development of the nursery industry in the 14th five year plan.Facing the dual needs of market and policy,nursery service has become a market segment encouraged and supported in the education industry at this stage.Therefore,in such an environment,Yangzhou a institution seizes the opportunity of the development of the nursery industry and the pain point of market demand and arranges community-based nursery services.This paper writes an entrepreneurship plan for the nursery project,and makes a decision-making reference for the proposed nursery project of institution a in Yangzhou through comprehensive and systematic analysis.Based on the above research background,this paper defines the research method and purpose,defines the research content,and summarizes the technical route of the research.At the same time,based on the relevant theories of marketing and strategic management,through literature review and review,it provides a theoretical basis for follow-up research.Based on the overview of the nursery industry and the review of the development process at home and abroad,this study uses PEST method to analyze the internal and external environment faced by the nursery industry from four aspects,combined with the SWOT analysis of the entrepreneurial project,and obtains the development strategy and phased development strategic plan in line with the entrepreneurial project.In order to achieve the above objectives,this stu dy investigates the actual needs of local target customers in Yangzhou by means of market questionnaire and field survey,selects the target market by using STP,4Ps and other theories,defines the market positioning,makes a detailed analysis of the channel,promotion,product,price and other strategies of the project,and puts forward"three-dimensional diversified community stores" At the same time,this study forecasts and analyzes the long-term financial situation of the project in the current year and the next five years.Finally,this study makes a comprehensive analysis combined with the marketing factors and related risks of entrepreneurship,and puts forward targeted countermeasures.Finally,through the analysis of this study,it is found that the nursery project of institution a in Yangzhou meets the needs of the market and relevant policies,and has considerable market space.The community-based,diversified and sustainable services of the project have competitive advantages compared with similar competitive products,ideal financial indicators,controllable risks,high feasibility and can be implemented.
