| Based on the results of the seventh national census,we can see that China’s current fertility level is declining and the population is aging seriously,following the implementation of the "single two child" policy in 2013 and the "comprehensive two child" policy in 2016,On May 31,2021,the policy that a couple can have three children(hereinafter referred to as the "three children" policy)and supporting measures will be implemented.The "three children" policy has increased the possibility of rebirth for working women in enterprises,as a profit-making organization,due to the consideration of cost,benefit and other factors,the re childbearing women in enterprises will face more severe challenges in terms of employment rights,employment quality and career development.How can the government provide more comprehensive and complete employment security support for women,it is of great significance in the context of building a fertility friendly society.In order to gain a deeper understanding of whether the women who have been born again in enterprises have been properly protected in terms of employment,analyze the practical problems and difficulties they encountered after the release of the "three children" policy,and then put forward targeted suggestions,on the basis of combing the related research at home and abroad,by using employment discrimination theory,work family conflict theory and gender theory as tools,comprehensive use of literature research,questionnaires and interviews,this paper makes an empirical analysis on whether the re childbearing women in Shanghai enterprises encounter gender discrimination in employment,whether they can take care of both work and family,and whether they can develop their career upward.First of all,it combs the main contents of the employment security enjoyed by the women who have been born again in Shanghai enterprises.Secondly,based on the in-depth interviews with 349 questionnaire respondents,on-the-job men and women of the enterprise,personnel of the human resources department of the enterprise,we have thoroughly explored the problems encountered by women who have re-birth in enterprises in employment,it mainly focuses on whether the corresponding guarantees of employment rights,employment quality and employment development are in place.Finally,facing the existing problems,we should improve the system of sex discrimination in employment to reduce sex discrimination and protect employment rights and interests;ease the conflict between work and family in terms of time,energy and responsibility to ensure the quality of employment;provide maternity subsidies and organize training to increase employment opportunities and ensure the upward development of career to put forward specific suggestions to protect the employment related rights and interests of women who have been born again in enterprises.This paper has certain practical significance for understanding the employment security problems of women who have re-born in Shanghai enterprises under the "three children" policy,how to improve the relevant employment security support policies,and improve the effect of employment security. |
